The original house, built in the 30s, boasts traditional architecture while having a modernized interior with all the amenities your family will need to enjoy a stress-free vacation at the beach. Enjoy peaceful mornings on the quiet residential street while you sip your coffee on the wrap-around porch with the sounds of the waves crashing on the shore. After a long day spent on the beach, the private, outdoor shower will be a refreshing way to rinse off and get prepared for dinner. With a 5-minute walk, you have access to many local restaurants, bars and even a grocery at your convenance.

The house has 3 comfortable bedrooms including a master bedroom with a king size bed and couples sinks in the expansive bathroom. Just down the hall, past the newly updated washer and dryer, is the room setup for the kids including a full-size bed, a twin and an extra trundle-bed with a twin mattress, along with a smart tv. Across the hall is the queen size room boasting great artwork and an incredibly comfortable bed. Just at the top of the stairs, outside the bedrooms, is the TV nook with two beanbags - perfect for the kids to have their own space.

Designed for a cooking household - the open kitchen is set up with all of the luxuries of a fully functional space to entertain and cook meals. This includes: a four-burner stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, blender, and plenty of pots pans, knives, cutting boards ect. that any chef could want. The large island can seat numerous guests and brings a great conversation space while cooking. There is a coffee bar at your disposal that comes with Keurig pods and machine too. Connected to the kitchen is the living room with a TV and plenty of couch space.
