The Perch is perfectly built to accommodate a family vacation or a weekend away with friends. Indoors, guests can enjoy spending time in the spacious living room to observe the Innsbrook wildlife through the wall of floor to ceiling windows, watch a show on the large TV, or cozy up with a good book or a puzzle or game (provided) next to the wood stove. Wifi allows for work from home in the spacious dining room.

The Perch is kid-friendly! It includes several items to keep your packing light: clip-on high chair, booster seat, pack n’ play, bunk beds, hand-held shower head, step stool, kid-sized dishes, books, toys, games, and water table.

Each guest is able to sleep comfortably with crisp, clean linens and plenty of sleeping space for everyone. One king, one queen, two bunk beds, and a premium queen air mattress, and pack n’ play crib allow for lots of options.
