We had a wonderful time at this home. So clean and convenient. The lake was lovely as was the outdoor fire pit, trees and birds. We also enjoyed the Resorts Clubhouse for a casual meal. Thank you.

Beautiful Luxury Home with a view

The home was everything our family needed. Great location on the lake with plenty ofseating and a fire pit. The two family rooms with TVs make an ideal hang out spot for larger groups with multi generations. The kitchen was very well equipped. Can’t wait tostay again next year and make more great family memories.

Spring Break getaway

From the start Michael was great at communication. He made the process super easy. We were able to check in early with no problem since we were driving in from 6 hours away. We did have a hiccup with checking in with the code not working but one quick phone call and we were in within minutes. The house is gorgeous with beautiful floor to ceiling windows overlooking the lake! We had a group of 11 people. Four of them being kids and the rest ages 17-34 and we all fit comfortably. We kept saying how spacious but cozy the home was. The beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed! We spent our afternoons on the dock and then the nights around the bonfire. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will DEFINITELY be booking this place again!

Wonderful lake front home!

Perfect home for our family reunion. The bedroom layout was great for elderly that needed first floor access and ample space across the home, including bunk room the kids loved. The home is so well kept, organized and well stocked with anything needed. Great communication with Michael throughout and was so helpful! The ability to just walk down to the small lake was perfect with paddle boards and canoes to use. We’ll stay again sometime! Thanks for making it great

Family Get Away

We had a wonderful time! We had 3 families and their children all stay in the home together and couldn't have asked for a more beautiful home. They had everything we needed there too! We overpacked not knowing what would be available, and we would have been fine bringing much less. The kitchen was fully stocked and ready to use! The lake was beautiful and we had a great time swimming and fishing!

We’ve been coming to Innsbrook for several years, staying at different places each year. We’ve enjoyed all homes, but this one was the best! The home is beautiful and completed updated and the value of this house makes it our favorite.

Regional Leadership Gathering

Loved the venue! Scenic view, easy access, clean, exactly as described. Mike was easy to work with and gave us everything we needed to forget about the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy the relaxation of Innsbrook. Golf Outing

The property and location were good. The communication with the owner was not. They seemed to have predetermined ideas about what our group was. There was a miscommunication with the owner about quiet hours (we were told 10pm from the owner, when its actually 4:30 pm- we received a noise complaint at 8 pm (guys swimming in the lake listening to music); still sunlight out), and the other incident was in regards to # of vehicles in driveway. Again, more miscommunication as the security guard told us one thing and the owner told us another (keep in mind the security guard was correct about the quiet hours). After fixing everything per the instructions of the security guard we had no other issues, or noise complaints on us outside of the first 2 hours we were there. The deck furniture was covered in leaves, limbs, and other debris from a storm the day before so he had to clean that area before using it, but other than that the house was clean.

Close to Aspen Center

We were in town for a wedding and had a wonderful stay at this property. I was on a small lake which was nice for the kids. They would run to the dock each morning to fish and Kayak. It was very close to the golf course restaurant as well as the Aspen Center , which was very convenient for our wedding plans. Had a great time!

Our Family Celebration Vacation

We planned this trip last summer during the peak of the pandemic as a way of celebrating being together. Hoping that it would be safe, which is was. Loren’s house was beautiful! It was just as pictured. The beds were so comfortable and the house was stocked beyond my expectations! We hope to travel back next year.
