Escape to Charming Cottage by the Water, a peaceful coastal retreat overlooking the sparkling waters of Brisbane Waters. This light-filled cottage offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with comfortable living spaces designed for relaxation. Inside, you’ll find polished wooden floors, crisp interiors, and elegant plantation shutters that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The home includes a fully equipped kitchen, dedicated living and dining areas, and everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The beautifully maintained gardens and outdoor spaces are a true highlight of the property. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch, entertain in the rear outdoor area, or relax in the expansive backyard that opens onto the waterfront reserve. Tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, the cottage feels like a private sanctuary while still being close to local shops, beaches, restaurants, and transport.

Please note that the second bathroom is located in the laundry and is accessed externally via the terrace. This property is also located close to the water and features a garden and patio area, so guests should take appropriate care when enjoying the outdoor spaces.

This property offers self-check-in. One set of keys is provided per booking. If you require additional keys, please contact us at least 48 hours before arrival; otherwise, a call-out fee may apply. Access is provided via a secure lockbox located on-site

Guests are welcome to use on-site BBQs where provided. All safety guidelines must be followed, including supervising children and ensuring the BBQ is turned off after use. BBQs must be cleaned thoroughly after use; failure to do so will incur additional cleaning charges. Any damage resulting from misuse will be billed to the guest.

Guest Registration & Verification: All guests must complete electronic guest registration prior to arrival, including valid photo ID (Driver’s Licence or Passport), credit/debit card details, and a list of all guests with current mobile numbers. These documents are securely stored with industry-standard encryption and automatically deleted 14 days after check-out, in line with PCI compliance, and access codes are only issued to registered and verified guests. Any reservation made within 5 days of arrival requires a photo of a credit card in the same full name as the primary guest, matching the provided ID. If the names do not match, the booking will be cancelled and funds returned. This policy is in place to protect our guests, our property owners, and the community.

Pre-Authorisation / Security Deposit: A security bond or pre-authorisation will be required to cover accidental damage, breakages, or extra cleaning costs. Guests will be notified of the amount and method of payment prior to arrival. Any claims for damages will be documented and communicated clearly.

Noise & No-Party Policy: All of our properties are located in residential areas and are subject to strict local noise regulations. Noise that can be heard outside the property between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM is strictly prohibited. Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted under any circumstances. Breaches of this policy may result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of your bond, and additional charges.

Complimentary WiFi is provided by the property owner for guest use. As this connection is managed by a third-party provider, AirKeeper cannot guarantee speed or reliability and does not offer compensation for any service interruptions. AirKeeper will provide troubleshooting assistance to guests where possible but cannot be held liable for reception or signal issues beyond our control.

Linen, Towels & Amenities: Guests receive a full set of bed linen and one bath towel; pool, lake, and beach towels are not provided. Extra towels or linen can be requested 7 days prior, possibly with a charge. A basic bathroom and kitchen starter pack is supplied, but guests should bring additional items as needed for their stay.

Departure Responsibilities: Upon departure, all properties must be returned in a clean condition. While a general clean is included in your rental, excess cleaning charges will apply for items such as dirty dishes, stained linen, food or drink spills, BBQ cleaning, or rubbish not disposed of in outside bins. If bin night occurs during your stay, please ensure the bins are placed on the curb as instructed in your pre-arrival email; failure to do so may incur tipping fees. Any additional cleaning or disposal charges will be communicated and deducted from your security bond.

Cancellations made less than 21 days before check-in will forfeit 100% of the booking value.

Long Stays (28 nights or more): Within 48 hours of booking creation: Full refund.
After 48 hours of booking creation: No refund of any fees paid.

I was asked to make a payment outside of the Stayz app altogether. The fact they are hosting on Stayz means Stayz must be OK with this, but it felt weird and I was put off by it.It was not a good customer experience, it felt impersonal and robotic and is not what I use Stayz for. I felt overwhelmed and cheated, and I would not book with Airkeeper again.The property itself, is nothing like the listing. The space was tired, there were marks and stains on soft furnishings, there were random holes in the walls, the TV was wonky (and SOOOO far away from the couch it was hilarious) the back garden was nothing but dust, the outdoor table was dirty and the verandah had loose boards. The verandah doors were also covered in cobwebs.The 2nd bathroom is what I would describe as an outdoor storage space/laundry with a toilet and shower installed.The kitchen had 2 VERY dirty dish scrubbers and a sponge with old dried food mushed in, there was nothing to dry the dishes, and nothing to clean the outdoor table with.We were left 2 half rolls of loo paper, which was only 'just' enough :/It's quite obvious the owners of this property are not interested in properly maintaining it.Overall it was very disappointing, and I think the listing needs to be updated to reflect what you're actually getting.

Very disappointing! The fridge in this property does not work, the air con broke down and the second bedroom reeked of cigarette smoke. We will not be staying here again or at any properties managed by the vendor, Air Keeper. If you choose to stay here, we recommend you bring a screwdriver to open the the bedroom cupboards because they haven't bothered to attach door handles.
