Living Room: Relax in style with a smart TV and a selection of board games for your entertainment and a comfortable sofa-bed ideal for 1.

Bathroom: Modern and fully stocked with all toiletries, featuring a refreshing shower and fluffy luxury towels.

- There is a noise monitoring device in the kitchen/lounge which monitors noise levels.
- Photo ID of primary guest as well as the full names of additional guests will need to be provided via email, text or Airbnb chat before check-in details are provided and before check-in can take place.
- £50 fine for lost keys -- £50 fine for late check-out (past 11am) - NO PARTIES ALLOWED
