This impeccably clean, stylish & cosy apartment is well equipped for your stay and is in walking distance of Worthing’s fabulous array of cafes, restaurants, bars and of course, the famous pier.

Brighton, Chichester, Goodwood and Arundel are all close by and public transport is available a short walk from the apartment.

Beach 180 is perfectly located for those who want to dip in and out of the buzz and action of central Worthing, or who want their car to hand to explore a bit more of Sussex.

You are a short walk from the town centre and pier (which you can see from the windows) but have a quiet stretch of beach right opposite you to enjoy away from the crowds and a peaceful spot to retreat to between all the holiday activities!

The private parking space is at the front of the property - essentially the stoned front garden - so it couldn't be more convenient to come and go.

The apartment has plenty of living space with adjoining South facing kitchen breakfast room and lounge diner - both with sea views. With tables and comfy chairs in both spaces, if you do need to do some work while you’re staying, you have 2 laptop friendly options.

In the living room, you'll find a comfy vegan leather corner sofa and a dining table with 4 padded vegan leather chairs. There is a 43 inch Samsung smart TV, DVD player and super fast broadband.

There are some card games and board games (for adults and children) as well as a set of binoculars to keep you entertained and a large coffee table to spread out that board game on.

The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, tassimo coffee machine, electric oven, gas hob & large fridge freezer. There is a DAB radio and a bluetooth speaker for your music options and a table with 2 more padded vegan leather chairs where you can look out to sea over breakfast or a drink.

The bedrooms are both at the back of the apartment which is darker and quieter at night, and all of the curtains in both of the bedrooms and living room are black out lined.

There is space in the main bedroom to fit a travel cot if you are travelling with a baby. If you would like to use ours, please let me know when you book, and remember to bring your own travel cot bedding. Please note - the maximum occupancy is 4 people which does include babies/ infants.
