The characterful studio apartment has recently been updated and finished in a modern style with artistic flare and home-touches to ensure that you are guaranteed to have a marvellous stay.


Kitchen area -
This kitchen is equipped with a sink, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster and tea, coffee and sugar are also provided. There are a condiments also available.

Living/Dining area -
There is a sofa and a smart tv to relax after a long day, plus a dining table and chairs.

Bedroom area -
The room has a King size bed & bedside tables.

Bathroom
In the bathroom there is a W/C, shower and hand basin.

Other things to note
There is a bin store with access via the first floor. Go the end of the corridor, the door on the left hand-side leads to the outside of the building. The bins are located down the steps.

Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked through third-party provider Truvi to complete guest verification and also purchase a damage waiver which will protect you in case of accidental damage of up to £500 during your stay. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please can you complete both the steps before you arrive at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
