Embrace the stylish design and fresh feel from the comfort of your bed to the open plan living and fresh white dining area alongside the well equipped kitchen. Convenient and quirky for up to four guests to enjoy.

Bedroom1 with two high quality Muji single beds & mattresses with clothes storage/hanging rail. Bedroom 2 with high quality Muji double bed & mattress with clothes storage/hanging rail.

Family bathroom containing traditional bath tub with shower rail & electric shower, WC and sink.
Kitchen & Dining:
Open plan modern kitchen with quality integrated appliances including electrical fan assisted oven, induction hob, washing machine and fridge.
Lounge:
Open plan living area with oak flooring throughout and contemporary Muji sofa, sony TV and Phillips DVD player. A dining table and chairs is located by the window.
Outside/Garden:
The Best Beach in the UK (TripAdvisor 2016) is located just a stones throw from the property
Parking:
Allocated off road parking for one car in private car park adjacent to southern boundary wall.
From Barnstaple follow the A361 for Braunton/Ilfracombe. At the main set of traffic lights in Braunton, after (Squires Fish Chip shop), continue straight on for approx five and a half miles until you reach 'Mullacott Cross Roundabout'. Take the first exit left, signposted Woolacombe (B3343). Continue along this main road past the Fortescue Arms for approximately another mile. The property is in the centre of Woolacombe: as you enter Woolacombe, you will notice the Narracott Hotel on the right hand side, turn immediately left, beside Bar Electric. Continue past the shops in Woolacombe until you reach the chemist (on your right hand side) turn left at this junction, just before Shirley's Newsagents (on the left) you will see the car park entrance to Barton Court, please pull in here. Your apartment is number 8, on the right hand side.
