5 Toller Close is a comfortable and spacious, light-filled three-bedroom holiday home located in the picturesque coastal village of Orford, just a short walk from the beautiful quay, great for guests of all ages with award-winning eateries, cosy pubs, a quay for crabbing, and historic 12th Century castle. An ideal spot for traditional seaside holidays, cosy romantic getaways, and memorable weekends with friends enjoying dog walks and lazy lunches.

When you arrive at the house there is parking for 2 cars on the driveway.
You walk into a light-filled entrance hall with the living room to your right, downstairs cloakroom to your left and open plan kitchen / diner and conservatory ahead.

The lounge has ample seating with a 4 seater and 2 seater leather sofa and a pouffe where you can unwind with a book or a glass of your favourite tipple in front of the roaring log burner. There is a Smart TV which is Netflix / Amazon compatible and you can also get Freesat channels. Double doors lead out to the enclosed garden to bring the outdoors in.

The spacious open plan kitchen / diner has a table (extendable to seat 6 comfortably) and chairs and is fully equipped with full size integrated fridge / freezer, integrated dishwasher, Neff hob, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, pull-out larder and plenty of storage. The washing machine and dryer can be found in the garage.
At either end of this room, 2 sets of doors lead into the spacious conservatory which, together with the kitchen / diner , makes this the heart of the house and is ideal for socialising with friends and family. Doors open into the large secluded garden so you can make the most of indoor/outdoor living in the summer months.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and the family bathroom.

Orford is the perfect place for anyone who wishes to get away from the hustle and bustle of day-to-day life and wishes to enjoy the peace and quiet of a village little changed over the years. A beautiful spot offering a perfect base for walkers, cyclists, artists or those who wish to wander down to the river to watch the fishing boats go by! It lies within the Suffolk Coasts and Heaths Area of Outstanding Beauty.
