Venture further afield to follow footpaths and trails of varying lengths in your wider surroundings. Try the 1.5-mile loop hike that captures scenic views of the National Trust’s Framlingham Castle and tranquil Framlingham Mere Nature Reserve. Spend time in Woodbridge, exploring the bustling shopping streets and dining out in restaurants serving Suffolk produce. While you are here, visit the working tidal flour mill. Plan a day out to Snape Maltings, 13 miles away, to ponder in its galleries and enjoy a concert.

Enter your single-storey retreat, and stroll into the spacious, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. With an abundance of revealed woodwork, together with carefully chosen, elegant pieces of furniture, this will be the perfect place to spend quality relaxation time together throughout your break. Prepare delicious treats for each other in the well-equipped kitchen area, then sit down to romantic, candle-lit dinners on the plush chairs at the dining table. There is private parking here for one car.
