Centrally located but ALONG PRINCES HIGHWAY.
Might get busy sometimes that driving into and out of the driveway can be challenging. Hopefully, the nearby McDonald's cheer you up when that happens.
Walking distance to the Figtree Grove.
NO GARAGE, but can park on driveway.
Backyard soft soil. NOT SUITABLE for parking.
PARKING SITUATION
+NO garage or carport but with a long driveway
+Backyard is NOT SUITABLE FOR PARKING due to the rain that softened the soil. FREE STREET PARKING across the street from the house.
SUNCOAST FIGTREE
+3 bedrooms with queen-sized bed each and reverse air conditioning
+1 bathroom with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, soap
+1 washing machine with complimentary laundry detergent; NO dryer but with 2 drying racks for clothes
+kitchen with common kitchen appliances
+open plan living/dining room that leads to a covered pergola
+outdoor seating and an egg chair at back verandah. Ideal for times when you don't want to be cooped up inside.
