Modern 2 bedroom townhouse which can accommodate up to 6 people with off street parking. Located across the road from Austinmer beach. Fantastic views.

Directly across from Austinmer Surf Club.

Close to Coffee Shops, Restaurants, Bars and public transport. Perfect for the family getaway.

Kim is happy to accommodate flexible checking arrangements when available.

The location is the perfect position to enjoy a relaxing beach escape.

The town house is set up as follows;

- Downstairs has large open plan lounge, dinning, modern kitchen with laundry and toilet attached. There is a Queen size fold out sofa bed plus study nook in loungeroom don`t forget about the 65` Android TV. Free WIFI.

- Upstairs has 2 generous bedrooms both with king size beds and a full size Bathroom. Both upstairs bedrooms have oversized built in wardrobes.

Bedroom two has a king size bed which can be converted into two singles.

- There is good size undercover outdoor area with dining table and outdoor lounge. Webber family Q, BBQ.

- The yard is secure (fully fenced ) with plenty of grass.

- There is also a clothes line in the court yard.



We live locally and are contactable at any time for assistance or advice. You can be rest assured that if there is any issues that arise on your stay we will be there to help you resolve them.

Brilliant

This property is brilliant from the moment we arrived with the double under cover carparking, we immediately noticed on opening the back gate the large secure yard for our two Cairn Terriers (note: the front fence is around waist high'ish /-). Inside has a wonderful open plan layout downstairs. It was clean, warm and comfortable. Having coffee and milk provided was welcomed (as was the other treats :-). Upstairs was magic, with two generous bedrooms. The mater bedroom looked out over the ocean, the king bed was inviting, soft, deep, warm, with crisp sheets and a good choice of pillows. The kitchen had good newish pots-and-pans, stove and oven allowing for some home cooking. When we had our family over for lunch there was ample crockery for at least 8 people. The outdoor area has a wonderful undercover lounge, large outdoor dining area, is paved, with a BBQ. Location, location, location. So many wonderful walking adventures with the doggies locally, with Little Austinmer off lead dog beach ever so close, and Austinmer train station only a short stroll up the street. Thank you to our hosts for the seamless check-in, timely notifications and great communications. Cheerio.

Fantastic Accomadation

Great location! Walking distance for morning coffee and brekky. 10 minutes to the sea cliff bridge and other attractions. Great communication from the host. Bed was very comfortable with hotel style white sheets, pillows and blankets. The place was very clean with beautiful decor. The kitchen is stocked with actual plates, cups, cooking items, plates etc for cooking. The yard was perfect for our mini labradoodle. Off street covered parking in the back gave us peace of mind about our vehicle. You can tell they care about their listing as they took great care to pay attention to all the little details and comforts of home away from home. There was even a little book that had local attractions, restaurant recommendations and take away recommendations. I would absolutely recommend this place and stay here again. One of the best stays we have been into in a while. Was worth every dollar we paid. 👌

Perfect stay!

We had the most amazing stay! We wish we could've stayed longer than the weekend. The place was beautiful, clean, tidy and the perfect location! The check in process was easy, and it had everything we needed. Kim and Trent were amazing when we needed to contact them and were so helpful with the set up for our baby who came on the trip. Gorgeous house and hopefully will be able to come back and stay again soon

Short stay with family and Pet in Beautiful Austinmer

We had a great stay in this property, dropped the friends at the airport Tuesday morning and spent the rest of the week checking out the area and beaches with our French Bulldog who never leave my side. The property is well maintained. clean and very comforting, my bed was, super comfortable. Opposite Austinmer Beach and a short walk to the dog beach which we did a couple of times a day. Coffee shop close by although the hosts do supply a coffee machine for the early morning lift. All was good until my wife contacted me on day before I was due to check out that the owners/managers had hit our bank account for a substantial holding deposit/payment which on enquiring an answer from the hosts was basically not to worry it will be refunded in 24 hrs. Yes,we did receive our funds back within 24 hrs. however nowhere on the booking platform does it state that that a holding deposit will be debited from your account and if that is the case, We as pet and a long term Stayz holiday home provider would have had no issue in paying this fee upfront. However, it was a shock when this large was removed from our account without our knowledge or approval the day prior to our departure. We can understand that property owners have concerns about issues arising from ppl and pets staying in their properties and wanting some protection however being upfront is better being blindsided less than 24 hrs. prior to departure. The owners apologized to us, and I believe are correcting the listing.

Perfect Family Holiday

Right across from the beach with a wonderful house equipped with everything you need. Kim is always contactable. The house is perfect and like a hotel but with all the privacy of your own residence. Wonderful!

We stayed for the second time at this beautiful place, and absolutely loved it again. Perfect location just across the road from the beach, and so close to local cafes. Especially wondering able to see the ocean from inside we well. The hosts were incredibly accommodating with any requests, and communication was excellent. Lovely little touches as well. Great place

The road outside was way louder than I expected and there isn't really much open at all unless you go into Thirroul, but other than that, everything was great. I really appreciated all the extra blankets as it was a bit cold and I don't like using air con very much, thank you for that!

Perfect family stay

My husband and I took our nearly one-year-old on our first holiday as a family of 3 and this townhouse in Austinmer couldn’t have been more perfect! So well appointed, clean, modern home and we were so pleased to have a cot and high chair for our little one. Hosts easy to communicate with and nice cafe, beach and playground within walking distance. Thirroul town centre also a pleasant stroll away. Would recommend staying here! Jess
