Caretakers Apartment-Split level w/ Wet Room Bath

Caretaker's Studio Apartment on the back of the Main House with a separate entrance. Enter on the first floor into a small living room with two chairs and Bathroom, climb 12 stairs up to kitchen/bedroom. The kitchen includes a sink, cabinets for storage, stove/oven combo and refrigerator open to the bedroom which includes a Double Bed is under the Elevated Loft with a Single Bed that is suitable for a child. The space is private and fully sound insulated. Guests can enjoy all of the common area amenities as well as a small patio with outdoor seating in the peak season. The bathroom is a wet room style bath where the entire room becomes the shower (shower over the toilet). Please see pictures for more detail. We are pet friendly with a $50 per pet cleaning fee and our only limitation is a strict no aggression policy.

We do not have an office so you will proceed directly to the Caretaker unit located on the back of the main house from the porch on the back of the house adjacent to the parking space with a sign that says "caretaker". As you climb the stairs the door on the left without the glass storm door is the entrance. It says "Caretaker" on the door. Call the host if you are not sure or have any questions.
