Newly constructed in 2025, this property offers everything you need for a unique, luxury, Wisconsin Dells lodging experience. Built on a hill, this treehouse experience allows you to enter without stairs on the front side and dance with the squirrels on the back deck. Whether this becomes your annual summer home away from home or a once in a lifetime experience, you will fall in love with property and it`s natural surroundings.

The luxury begins when you open the front door and are greeted with a tastefully appointed, open concept, family room and kitchen that has everything you need to feel as though you are being treated to something special during your Wisconsin Dells vacation.

The family room has seating for 5, while the kitchen has a breakfast bar with seating for 4 more. We provide an LG smart TV so you do not need to miss out on your home entertainment. We do have a YouTube TV subscription for local stations and much more.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare your meals. We have all of the basics including pots pans, measuring tools, and utensils. As an added benefit, room service is available from the on-site restaurant - Dawn Manor (closed in the dead of winter).

This is a treehouse after all, so we need you to understand the views! There is beautiful natural scenery from every room, but the real special spot is the back deck. The back deck is cantilevered 20 feet over breathtaking views of the natural ravines below. Our guests will enjoy this excellent opportunity to observe nature up close. You will enjoy soaking in our 4-person hot tub and relaxing by our fire table on a cool evening.

Master Bedroom - This bedroom is located up a stairwell that wraps around a tree trunk. It has an LG smart TV, a king bed, and an adjacent full bathroom. We provide luxurious bedding to make your stay extra comfortable.

Second Bedroom - Located on the main floor, this bedroom has a queen bed, an LG Smart TV, and is accompanied by an adjoining full bathroom. We provide luxurious bedding and bathrobes for use during your stay. As an added bonus, this bedroom has an exterior door that opens on to our deck (a little oasis in the trees) right next to the hot tub.

We are available to help during your stay but will try to give you the space you need to enjoy your vacation. We will coordinate hot tub cleanings with you in order to minimize the intrusion.

The Treetop Villas comprise a small community of 4 luxury treehouse villas that were designed and built in 2025 using inspiration from Frank Lloyd Wright and the majestic natural beauty of the Wisconsin Dells.

If being ensconced in the surrounding natural beauty and the treetop canopy isn`t enough, our quiet little treeborhood is associated with one of the top restaurants in the area, Dawn Manor Restaurant & Speakeasy, that will satisfy all of your dining needs.
• Minimum Age. You must be 21 years of age or older to rent this property
• Right to Evict. We reserve the right to evict immediately, and without warning, anyone who has broken a rule or caused a disturbance
• Guests. People other than those in Guest’s party, set forth above, may not stay overnight in the condo. Visitors beyond the maximum occupancy are not permitted.
• NO SMOKING, NO VAPING, NO MARIJUANA
• Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of guests is limited 6
• Hot Tub. These hot tub rules are for health and safety reasons.
o Not more than 4 guests may use the hot tub at once.
o Guests must shower before entering the hot tub
o No soaps, oils, or any additives are permitted in the hot tub
o No glass may be in or around the hot tub
o The hot tub may be serviced during your stay. We will coordinate these cleanings with you in order to minimize any disturbance.
o The chemical/chlorine floater may not be removed from the hot tub
o If the hot tub needs serviced during your stay, please notify your host
o If the hot tub does not look healthy (greenish tint, low water, debris) do not use and notify your host
o No jumping in the hot tub
• Parking. Guests may park up to 3 vehicles at this property.
• Pets. The only pets allowed are dogs (maximum 1) up to 60 pounds and we do not allow breeds that are widely considered aggressive such as, but not limited to, Bull Terriers, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, etc...
• Quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours.
• Grilling. Grills are not allowed at the Treehouse Villas due to fire safety.
• Patio/Balcony. The patio/balcony are not to be used as storage areas. Please refrain from hanging towels, swimsuits, or anything else over the railings.
• Liability. Villa owner and Management are not responsible for any accidents, injury or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Villa owner and Management are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests (as well as others they invite to the premises) are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or its facilities.
• Toilets. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper
• Wildlife. No feeding wildlife
• Garbage. Garbage from the villa must be taken to the dumpsters in the parking lot by the restaurant.
• Bugs & Insects. This property is set amongst the trees and woods. It should be expected that there are bugs and creatures. They can come through the doors especially when the lights are on at night. Compensation will not be provided due to bugs and insects.
