No matter what type of vacation you’re after, you can find it in the Dells - hike the Dells of the Wisconsin River State Natural Area; boat or raft the river; ride the famous Original Wisconsin Ducks, or spend time careening down the waterslides at Noah’s Ark or Mt. Olympus Water Park. Three excellent golf courses, including one at Chula Vista, also vie for your attention. Wintertime visitors will love the indoor waterpark at the resort, plus easy proximity to snowshoeing, snowmobiling, and skiing at Christmas Mountain. No matter when you’re here, don’t leave without sampling some of the Dells’ famous fudge. Luckily for you, your condo at Chula Vista is only three miles from the downtown area’s shops, restaurants, bars, and candy stores. Dells Zipline Adventures offers a Zipline and Adventure Park located on six scenic acres within Chula Vista Resort for an additional charge. You will find something for everyone in the family.

At this spacious double-condo, perfect for groups traveling together, you'll find a self-contained studio as well as a larger living space. The mini-fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker in the studio come in handy for food storage and quick snack prep, and there's a full kitchen boasting stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space in the main condo. Between the two dining tables in the main area and the small table in the studio, there's plenty of room for mealtime seating. On warm summer nights, relax in the central air-conditioning, or snuggle up in front of the fireplace each evening in the main condo, while the kids watch their shows on the TV in the studio. All four TVs are streaming-capable, and with free cable and WiFi, everyone should find something to entertain them. The Dells vacation you've been dreaming of awaits - all that's left to do is book.

Our condo was exactly as the pictures showed. Very clean and worked very well for 3 couples. We would definitely stay here again. Our second time going thru a VRBO rental and would recommend them anytime.

1. Check-in: Condo check-in closed -- had to find out check-in process at hotel. Told condo check-in has been closed for 3 years.2. Condo Building: Garbage receptacles outside the building overflowing with trash. Sidewalk, needs power washing. Two elevators beat up and dirty.3. Double-Condo: musty/unhygienic smelling -- turned the air on high to "freshen" the air.4. Carpeting: needs replacement in unit and hallway. Carpeting coming away from kitchen baseboard5. Furnishings: ok, but need updating.6. Lighting -- dungeon-like, dark, even with lights on and curtains open7. Paint: dark, needs updating8. Balcony: filthy -- did not feel comfortable using8. Main listing indicated the unit had a laundry -- not a common laundromat. The "management", Vacasa said this detail was in fine print. Would not have booked without in-unit laundry9. Broken stuff: Kitchen faucet and doorknob in one the bathrooms fell off.10. Wifi-- terrible!11. Vacasa "management" -- beyond awful -- we tried to communicate our concerns many times -- only to be given the run around.12. Would never stay at Chula Vista again. Will never book a property "managed" by Vacasa. Sincerely, considering not using VRBO in the future, as VRBO only referred to Vacasa re our complaints and concerns. We have used VRBO many times -- always being happy. This time it was a terrible experience.

Perfect size for our family of 7 adults and pets. The beds were comfortable, the condo was a little dated, and it needed some updates to the paint, but overall, a really nice stay.

Very Disappointing

Chula Vista as a whole was fine and the Chula Vista staff we interacted with were polite and helpful, but Vacasa the property management company was terrible to deal with and since the property is privately owned the Chula Vista staff can do nothing to help with issues such as broken items in the condo (chairs, door handles, soap dispensers, and outlets) lack of cleanliness, restocking toilet paper, or the fact that water park passes are not included in your stay and this is not disclosed at the time of booking. We had multiple broken items in the room, a huge wasp nest in the master bedroom window, dirty cups under beds, goop on the microwave handle, and what appeared to be a blood stain in one of the mattresses. We reported this immediately and were told it was reported to the onsite staff, but no one ever came to fix anything or offer a more thorough cleaning. We inquired about the water park passes and were told we had to purchase then separately, which would have been fine if we were told that at the time of booking, but since we were not and had not budgeted the additional $650 that it cost we had to cut other activities out of our trip to cover the unexpected expense. When we inquired about this issue we were told the condo was priced accordingly and there was nothing Vacasa or VRBO could do to help since the water park is owned by Chula Vista and they have no way to get us water park passes or a discount on them.
