Ground Floor at Lighthouse Cove
Upgrade to our Noah`s Ark package after booking!
This ground floor unit at Lighthouse Cove on Lake Delton is located in the heart of the Dells. Enjoy access to our private beach, in & outdoor (seasonally) pools w/ hot tubs, and convenient parking. With just a 5(ish) minute walk to Noah`s Ark, the older kids can wander to and from while you take a much-deserved time out. The sidewalk in front of the condo goes nearly around the entire lake for you morning exercise types.
This property is perfectly situated near the outdoor pool and parking. The front porch is perfect for relaxing and watching life go by on the quiet street and sidewalk. It is only a 1 -2 minute walk to the beach or indoor pool. One of the several patios with tables and gas grills is located right out your door. This patio does not get much use so you can nearly think of it as your own!

Living Room - Queen Sleeper Sofa & Roku TV in the living room. Fireplace is locked due to local legislation and has small led candles in it for ambiance.

Guests have access to the entire property. The only exceptions are the sauna and gym are reserved for owners at Lighthouse Cove.
We are available to respond when necessary but will give you the space you deserve so that you can have a hassle free vacation.
Lighthouse Cove is a mixed us property consisting of vacation rentals, permanent residents and second homes. The neighborhood is just a few blocks from Wisconsin Dells Parkway but that is enough for it to be a quiet area.

RENTAL AGREEMENT
Lighthouse Cove is a unique condo Association, comprised of private condo owners, which allows both long and short-term rentals. Please enjoy the property by complying with the following rules and being respectful of condo owners, their families and other permanent residents as well as fellow-guests. Excess noise, lewd behavior, failure to comply with the following rules or failure to comply with local or federal law may result in Guest, the Rental Party and any others permitted on property by Guest to be removed from the premises by owner or property manager.
Please be courteous to our neighbors and obey the following Homeowners
Association Rules:
âą Guests. People other than those in Guestâs party may not stay
overnight in the condo. Any other person in the condo is the sole
responsibility of Guest.
âą Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of guests is limited to
4 persons. Person on reservation must be 21 years of age or be preapproved by host.
âą Parking. Guests must park in a spot that is designated to the unit in
which they are staying. Other available spots are reserved for
residents.
âą Pets. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS
âą Quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM â 8:00 AM. Please keep
noise to a minimum during these hours and refrain from using the
whirlpool tub.
âą Pool Areas. At no time may glass of any kind be carried into the pool
areas. Only low voltage, battery powered equipment is permitted in
pool. No running or diving is allowed. The exercise room and sauna are
reserved for the exclusive use of unit owners and their families. Swim
diapers are required for the little ones.
âą Grilling. There are multiple gas grills available for community use on-
property. Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited anywhere on-property.
No grills of any type are permitted on the patio/balcony.
âą Patio/Balcony. The patio/balcony are not to be used as storage areas.
Please refrain from hanging towels, swim suits, or anything else over
the railings.
âą Liability. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for any
accidents, injury or illness that occurs while on the premises or its
facilities. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for the loss
of personal belongings or valuables of the guest party. By accepting this
reservation, it is agreed that all guests (as well as others they invite to
the premises) are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from
their use of the premises or its facilities.
âą Toilets. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper
âą Wildlife. No feeding ducks or wildlife
âą Garbage. Garbage from the condo must be taken to the dumpsters in
the parking lot. Do not put trash in common area cans such as the one
by the grills.
âą Docks. Children under the age of 16 must have adult supervision while
on the docks. Keep docks clear of tripping hazards at all times.
âą Boat Slips. Slips are leased by individual LHC owners. Guests may only
use a slip with the permission of the owner. Slip #32 is a day slip that
may be used during the day on a first come, first serve basis. Boats may
not be kept in #32 overnight.
