Nestled in the heart of Winter Park, this spacious 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom retreat combines upscale comfort with unbeatable Rocky Mountain views in a serene private setting! Whether youâre here for world-class skiing, summer hiking and mountain biking right outside the door, or simply to relax with friends and family, this home has everything you need for a memorable stay!
Welcome to your mountain home-away-from-home â a spacious 4-story retreat designed for comfort, style, and unforgettable memories. With 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and multiple living areas, this home offers plenty of room for families and groups to spread out while still enjoying time together.
Inside, youâll find thoughtfully furnished bedrooms including two king suites with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets (one on main level, another on basement level), another king bedroom with shared hall bath (on 3rd level), a queen crows nest bedroom with shared hall bath (on 4th level), and a bunk room with two twin bunk beds and 2 twin trundles, plus a sleeper sofa (on basement level) â perfect for kids or extra guests. Lastly a crows nest bedroom with a queen sleeper sofa and amazing views. Additional sleeping space is available with a second sleeper sofa in the living room and a portable crib for little ones. Each bedroom also features a workspace making this home perfect for a writers or corporate retreat!
Gather around the cozy gas fireplaces after a day on the slopes, challenge friends to a game of foosball, or unwind with movies on the Smart TVs. For total relaxation, step into the private indoor sauna, while others enjoy board games or books by the fire.
The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking for a crowd easy, with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and thoughtful extras like a Keurig, blender, toaster oven, spices, and all the cookware youâll need. Meals can be enjoyed at the 10-person dining table or outside on the furnished deck with a gas grill and outdoor dining space, all while taking in the fresh mountain air and stunning views.
Step onto the balcony for your morning coffee or spend your evenings soaking in the private outdoor hot tub under the stars.

Please be aware our HOA is very strict and we do have mandatory quiet time hours between 9pm and 7am. During these times outdoor noise and hot tub use is restricted to quiet levels, and any audible noise that can be heard outside coming from inside the home is prohibited with fine of $1500 for violations. We do use Noiseaware to monitor noise levels both indoor and outdoor, we do also have an outdoor camera.
House Rules
1.) Please respect our county wide quiet time hours are 9pm to 7am. Our county does fine for violations and that will be at your expense.
2.) No events of any kind permitted at anytime. Violations will result in immediate eviction and $1500 fine.
3.) No outdoor fires are permitted at anytime.
4.) No more than our stated allowed number of 5 vehicles total at our home. No on-street parking allowed at anytime. Our HOA does fine and tow and you will be responsible for any fine incurred.
5.) All of our rentals are non-smoking. By renting this home, you are stating that you will not smoke in our vacation rentals. You will lose your deposit if evidence of smoke is found once you check out.
6.) You and your guest are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items.
7.) No boats or trailers are to be parked at our rental properties. Any fines from the home owner association, as a result of this broken rule, will be charged to the refundable deposit.
Please check on dates, even if booked. We have 12 other homes in the same nearby!
