Snow-laced pines frame your view as you arrive, the mountain air crisp and quiet around you. After a day on the slopes, steam rises from the hot tub while the forest settles into evening stillness. Inside, firelight and warm finishes create an inviting place to unwind, gather, and slow the pace of winter days.

The space
Set among towering trees at the base of Winter Park Resort, this multi-level townhome pairs mountain calm with close proximity to year-round adventure. In winter, ski-in/ski-out access connects you to the Corridor ski trail via a short wooded path with stairs, letting you return home to the comfort of a private retreat. A free resort shuttle stop is about a quarter mile away, offering an easy option for getting around the area.

Living areas
The main living level is designed for time together. High ceilings and an indoor fireplace anchor the space, while comfortable seating invites relaxed evenings after long days outdoors. TV with standard cable and WiFi are available when you want to settle in for a quieter night.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is set up for guests who enjoy cooking during their stay, with space to prepare meals and gather around the dining table afterward. Whether it’s a hearty breakfast before first chair or a warming dinner back from the slopes, the layout supports easy, shared meals.

Sleeping arrangements
The home accommodates up to 11 guests across four bedrooms, offering flexibility for families, couples, or groups of friends. All bedrooms are located on upper levels. Bed linens and essentials are provided for a comfortable stay.

Bathrooms and laundry
Bathrooms are stocked with bathroom essentials, and a bathtub is available for soaking after cold-weather adventures. A washer and dryer are included, making longer stays or snowy days on the mountain more convenient.

Outdoor features
Step outside to take in the mountain surroundings. The private hot tub is a highlight in winter, perfect for easing tired muscles while surrounded by forest and mountain views. A patio or balcony and BBQ grill are available, with outdoor spaces best enjoyed as conditions allow.

Location and access
Parking is available on the premises. Resort access places you close to Winter Park’s lifts and seasonal activities, while downtown Winter Park is about two miles away for dining, shops, and events. A hockey rink is nearby for additional winter recreation.

Good to know
The townhome has a private entrance, self check-in with a keypad, and standard home safety features. A pack ’n play/travel crib is available for families traveling with young children.

Very Nice Home

Lovely property, well-maintained and provisioned. Clean, light and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Parking adequate for two vehicles on site. Only negative is this property is not what I would label "ski-in, ski-out." The trek from the property to the nearby ski trail is not easy. It is quite a workout. The free Lift bus is a better option to get to the slopes.

Not ski in ski out

Beautiful place, well stocked, very clean. But it is not a ski in ski out. It was a 4 or 5 minute hike through the woods mostly uphill, then a climb up 40 steps. Same trail on the way back.

Great location

We are a 3 generational family enjoying the area for our first family vacation as one unit. We all enjoyed the setting and amenities. The parking is an issue. There were 3 cars involved in getting us all to Winter Park. Parking was available for two cars. Crazy! The alternate parking was not walkable. The entities in the area need to work out a deal for parking. This was summertime. Parking should not have been an issue. There were plenty of empty spots next to our condo. We had a fun time. A great area for all of us. We would recommend.

Winter Park Friends Getaway

This place was perfect for our group of 11. Kids and adults enjoyed the spaciousness and especially the hot tub after long days of exploring the area. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable.

Beautiful place

This was a beautiful properly. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook. The bedrooms and living spaces were comfortable. Everyone enjoyed the Hottub. Renters need to be aware of two things. First, the townhome has 4 levels and 40+ stairs between the levels. Also to access the ski trail is a hike through the woods then a 5 sets of stairs.

Awesome Family - Ski Trip!

Our first family Skiing Vacation was absolutely awesome! Our Louisiana Family will definitely be back! This home is Beautiful and just minutes away from the Slopes. Our kids had a blast in the snow and the home is perfect just in case your snowed in. We definitely recommend this home to anyone wanting to stay in Winter Park.

Great place!

Easy rental, great place. Was unsure of ski in ski out. There’s needs to be a map but we think we found the correct route up a steep hill; inside/outside fireplace wasnt working but didn’t take away from the trip

Nicest place we have stayed at.

This is a beautiful 3 level townhouse with bedrooms on 2 levels and lots of stairs. All of bedrooms were quiet, we loved the hot tub. The kitchen is large and well stocked, the grill was great! The garage is large and we were able to park inside. Fair warning to anyone with small children or anyone with mobility or altitude issues, the hike to the Maryjane corridor is long and uphill.

Spring ski trip 2022

This is a beautiful condo/townhouse with a great location. We wanted to be close to base with easy access to and from the slopes. Although it’s listed as ski in/ski out, it was easier for us to keep our gear in base area and take the WP transportation to and from the slopes, especially since we had teen kids that varied in skiing abilities. Guest services was always available to answer our questions and the home was incredibly comfortable, and had everything we needed to make amazing dinners at night and breakfast in the mornings. Highly recommend this home for anyone wanting all the comforts of home with access to great skiing (especially spring skiing).
