Utilize, the free bus system (The Lift) to take you to the resort or into town for dinner, drinks and shopping. At the resort in the winter enjoy the Coca Cola tubing hill or ice skating at the base and in the summer enjoy the Trestle Bike Park, a round of putt putt, hiking the trails or going down the alpine slide. There are many summer festivals/events at the resort or take the free bus into town for free music at Hideaway Park or Copper Creek Square.

I was there with my two adult sons. The location was great. Although it was ski-in; ski-out, we opted to drive to the resort just for the flexibility. Next time, however, I think we'll go for the ski-in ski-out option. The condo was truly only steps from the slopes. Everything was exactly as described on the listing.

Excellent spot, easy ski in and out

For a one bedroom it is very spacious. It is located on the 5th floor and is on the same level as the catwalk you walk out to ski down to the gondola. There are ski storage areas by the catwalk. Fully equipped kitchen was a plus. Outdoor hot tub was nice.

Very cozy and comfortable

Great location with updated amenities within the unit. Very close to the resort with covered parking. Great views from the unit as well. Only opportunity is around better instructions for accessing and utilizing facilities such as heated pool, gym and laundry.

Was happy with overall location and cleanliness! Kitchen wasn't fully supplied but we made do. Great pool, hot tubs, outdoor fire pit on pool deck! Had a little trouble checking in with the door code, but they fixed it quickly for us. Overall great stay!

Everything about this place just worked. Check in was super easy and the location of the place is ideal for skiers. The ski storage is on the same floor as the unit - super convenient, but it took us a minute to find it. Also, fyi - park in the garage when you first arrive to take advantage of the carts that they have right at the elevators. We had the best time - will definitely book in the future.

Such a convenient location

This is was the 5th time visiting Winter Park. We typically stay at Founder's Pointe/Fraser's Crossing. But this time around we booked this property inside Iron Horse. The pros: The unit is on the 5th floor. This is the same floor that takes your out to the catwalk to ski down to the Gondola. You literally walk down the hallway, clip into your skies and you are off. We loved the hot tub and heated pool. The cons: We did not have a car, so walking to the Winter Park resort area is a bit dodgy. You have to either run the gamut with traffic on a road with no sidewalks or skiers on the catwalk.

Awesome rental

This unit was exceptional. Great updates, very clean and everything you need for a great vacation. Great views, insight ski rental. Steps away skiing with ski storage. Game room, pool, hot tubs and locker rooms were so clean. Shuttle service steps away from the unit was so easy for eating shopping etc. We will be booking again for this unit. A FABULOUS spot for our family.

Great condo on Corridor Run

The condo was very nice! We loved the coziness of it. Only one bathroom was a bit of a challenge and the fact that you had to drive to get to the shops in Winter Park Village was a little problem.I know there was a bus, but we did not want to wait outside for it. Overall it was a great experience! Would I stay there again? Um, yes, I would.

Family ski Thanksgiving

Perfect spot for our family of four to stay durning the week of ski camp. Bummer not ski in ski out due to terrain not all open yet, but a quick trip down to the base for drop off and pick up.
