Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. The unit includes parking for a max of 2 vehicles. STR license #022148.

Our stay at this condo was Great. The decor and layout of this unit is beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked with cups, glasses, pots, dishware, seasonings, trash bags, dishwasher pods etc. The bathrooms had extra towels and rags for your convenience.

Spring Break Ski Getaway

Very nice condo, and great location for our family and friends spring break ski vacation. Easy access to restaurants, stores, and the shuttle to the ski resort. We had a great time in Winter Park! Only downside the week we were there was the hot tub was out of service.

Perfect summer get away

What a beautiful place perfectly located within walking distance to so many restaurants and trails. Plus a decent size heated pool and hot tub we used every day. Being right next to the playground and climbing wall was so great for our 6year old. We loved it! Definitely staying here again.

Stunning Condo with great amenities and location

We enjoyed our stay in your gorgeous condo. Everything we could need was there for our use. The condo was beautiful and spacious and it accommodated our party of 8 beautifully. We appreciated all of the toiletries, kitchen ware, comfortable beds, family games and the complementary actives that came with this condo. We will definitely be back if given the opportunity in the future.

A nice place for a mountain getaway

Great condo with nice amenities. The unit had everything we needed. The only issue was the dishwasher didn't seem to work correctly and the pool card reader gave us a little trouble. The activities credit were a huge plus although they were not the easiest to arrange.

well stocked condo!

Beautiful condo close to parks and shopping. We traveled with my daughters family and were pleasantly surprised with how well stocked the condo is, beautiful kitchen and super comfy beds. The grandkids loved the bunk bed room. We rent through VRBO at least twice a year for family vacations and this vacation was a winner with the grandkids. My four year old granddaughter mentioned several times how amazing the condo was! We hiked, swam, played on the playground next to the condo and walked to the cute shopping center. Condo is just a short drive to Winter Park Ski area and several beautiful trails.

Comfortable property, beautiful location

The Condo is very nice and well equipped. The location is fantastic. When we arrived at the stated check in time, the condo was not clean and were not able to be occupy the unit after 6. They did refund the cleaning fee and had some one come and clean (and they did a nice job). The $500 of Free activities per day, isn’t what I expected. You get free for 1 person, but not much help when there are 9 people. So don’t book based on that!

The Perfect Stay

We could not ask for a more suitable condo for our annual ski trip. Spacious, clean, tastefully appointed, quiet and stocked with almost every amenity that you could expect. We had six adults plus infant and never felt cramped. Clearly, the rental agency is on top of their game as we found the unit impeccably clean. When we had a minor issue, Winter Park Escapes were fast to respond. If you're traveling with young kids, the pack-n-play and high chair booster are most helpful. Two convenient bus stops made getting around a snap. No need for a car. We look forward to returning to Winter Park and will certainly book through Winter Park Escapes. Highly recommend.

Luxury is a loose term

We love staying at Trailhead Lodge. We come every year. This condo is marketed as "Luxury" and I think this was the least luxurious condo we have ever stayed in. While the decorations were nice, the following is why we think it is a good condo. Not great and not luxurious. The toaster only toasts one side of the bread. Although it says it sleeps 10, which it does, there is only seating for 6 in the small family room. We had 9 people and we all couldn't be together in the same space. The kitchen was nice. The shower in the master bath could use some detailed attention. When we had issues with a parking pass and the key card to enter the hot tub, it took almost 3 days to get them to rectify the situation.I believe the management company is in another country for this condo. Every time we spoke to them, they pretended they were local but when we asked questions about where in town we could pick up the passes they had not delivered they just kept saying across town. I have always dealt with the owner and or the local management company and I didn't feel like the service was what it use to be.A fantastic neighborhood to stay in. I will not rent this condo again when we return next season.
