Arrowhead #31 is a lovely one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo that is simply perfect for your mountain vacation. This comfortable abode can sleep up to four people. The bedroom has a queen bed and a queen sofa sleeper in the living area, but please keep in mind that it is not recommended for adults to sleep on. It also boasts a fully-equipped kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Two flatscreen TVs, one 40 inches in the living room and one 20 inches in the bedroom, and free WiFi will keep you all entertained during your stay. You will also have access to a heated garage. Hiking and biking trails are right outside of your retreat. There are many activities in the area for the whole family to enjoy.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This condo was great! I generally stay at the base of Winter Park, but wanted to try staying off base and commuting. It was only a 10-12 minute drive from the condo to the North Bench parking lot. It was so easy! It’s very spacious, and has a fully stocked kitchen. We were able to fit an air mattress in the living room along with the pull out sofa bed! It was also very nice to have a garage for the car.

Clean, comfortable, convenient condo for a ski vacation

Good sized condo for a one bedroom. Well equipped kitchen for cooking in. Clean, comfortable, good communication about check in and check out. Garage was amazing to have during March blizzard. Garage opening is a bit narrow, big SUVs such as Suburban or Expedition may not fit. Would definitely stay there again.

Overall great stay.

Overall a great stay. Property was as advertised. Small but absolutely perfect for a single person or couple. Bed was very comfortable. My only complaint was the couch. Was not comfortable at all. Would not be a bad idea to update the couch and maybe find a way to integrate more seating options into the living room. It’s a small space but more can be done. Would for sure stay here again.

Quiet and away from the others and traffic.

I liked the quiet location, and close to stores. And about 20 minutes to Mary Janes Free Parking. The place was clean and just right for me. Everything in the place was in good working order. And I can't say enough on how great it is to have a garage.

Great stay for our short ski trip to Winter Park

Great stay for the location and everything in the house! We enjoyed it a lot! The exact location was a little hard to find on google maps with the address provided (but if use apple map no problem) so it took us a bit on the first day when we checked in at late night time. I was also confused on where the unit door was (which ended up to be on the second floor) so it took me a while to find out where to enter the door key code. This was not a problem at all after the first day but I just hope on the list description these details were provided before we got out there at 11pm

It’s small but it has a very efficient layout. It’s nicely appointed. It was perfect for me, a single lady. I really enjoyed the fireplace. Please include directions for the TV remotes. I wasn’t familiar with which remote actually was used. Therefore, I couldn’t watch any TV - not really a bad thing. ;-)

Simple and easy

Stayed at the property with one other adult. The condo was clean and comfortable. Easy stay that met our needs. Note the entry requires walking up a flight of stairs if you are coming from the garage. Not an issue for us.

Anniversary weekend getaway

The property was clean and updated. We liked how the it was off the beaten path but still close enough to go into the towns of Winter Park and Fraser. Plenty of parking and it was nice to have a garage. We enjoyed our stay, but our only complaints would be that the walls and ceilings were thin and we could hear our neighbors above and next door to us. The only place to sit in the living room was the couch, which was comfortable, but the only other chair was like a lawn chair. Also, be aware that there are cats in the building and there was a strong odor of cats.

Mother/Daughter Trip

We had a fabulous time in Winter Park and Granby Ranch. My daughter learned to ski for the first time and had a blast. Our condo was fabulous and great for everything we needed. The property is up several hill so you need 4-wheel drive or all wheel drive if it snows. We will definitely be back with the whole family next time!!

The pictures were accurate along with the very informative reviews. I would have given the place a five star but the property management company needs to address the rude tall gentleman, who checked us in on Thursday around 2pm. The owner pays the management company for various reasons to include providing excellent customer service. The property management company failed to provide a nice checkin for my family. I didn’t get his name or I would have added it here.

Perfect Condo!

This was a perfect condo for a great ski weekend. We were very happy with the cleanliness and updated features of this place. There was plenty of room for 3 adults and 1 baby. The location was perfect. Close to Winter Park, shopping and food. We were very happy to have a garage to park in too. The only downside was the walls are very thin, so we could hear lots of noises, but everyone was very respectful of not being loud too late.

Wonderful condo

My family of four stayed at this condo over spring break. The condo was located very close to a grocery store and is only about 15 minutes from Winter Park Resort. The sleeper couch worked well for the kids (12 and 7). The condo was clean and spacious. It backed to an open area which worked out very well because we received a lot of snow while we were there and the kids were able to play out back while we watched them from inside. The garage was a huge bonus given all of the snow too. The property management company was very friendly and easy to work with. I would definitely stay here again.

Great kitchen and large master bedroom. Wouldn't mind a king size bed instead of queen but it was comfortable and seemed new. Quick drive to ski resort. Glad to see extra blankets but we didn't need them. Gas fireplace was cozy too. Would have liked a chair for extra seating on the living room since there was 3 of us. 3 people over 6' was a squeeze on the couch. Had plenty of cable TV stations. Would definitely stay again.
