Tucked along the river in the heart of Winter Park, this spacious chalet offers a mountain retreat where comfort and connection come naturally. From the moment you step inside, soaring ceilings, warm wood accents, and a glowing gas fireplace create an inviting atmosphere that feels both upscale and welcoming. With room for up to ten guests, the home is thoughtfully designed for families, friends, and groups who want to share time together while still enjoying plenty of personal space.

Spread across 3,000 square feet, the open-concept living area is designed for gathering. Sleeping arrangements



Four bedrooms comfortably sleep up to ten guests. Two rooms feature king beds with premium Egyptian cotton linens, while another offers a queen bed. Families will appreciate the bunk room with two sets of bunks, perfect for kids or groups of friends. Extra touches like blackout shades, walk-in closets, and additional blankets ensure restful nights. Three full bathrooms and a half bath are stocked with essentials including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and fresh towels.
