Beautiful townhome in the heart of Town of Winter Park. PRIVATE HOT TUB avail end of summer 2022

Beautiful, spacious and well equipped 4 bed, 4.5 bath townhome in the heart of Winter Park. Walk to concerts, restaurants, and shops. Sleeps 12. Private Hot Tub will be avail end of Summer 2022 and garage. Steps from shuttle stop which will take you to the chairlift!!!

This 4 bed, 3.5 bath home in the heart of downtown Winter Park is conveniently located to the Lift Shuttle bus stop, shops, restaurants, Visitor Center, and Hideaway Park.

The main level of the home features a modern kitchen complete with appliances, gas range, granite counters, and hardwood flooring. If you prefer an easy dinner with little mess, there is a gas grill located on the deck. After a long day on the slopes, rivers, or trails, relax in the spacious living area while enjoying the 65 inch flat screen TV, corner fireplace, and large windows which provide plenty of natural lighting. The large dining area accommodates 8 guests around a large rectangular table and provides easy access to a private balcony. The dining and family room are ideal for entertaining as it has a large open space that features a fireplace, large TV and deck access which leads to a private Hot Tub!! There is a separate nook off the kitchen which features a table with seating for six guests as well balcony access which has a BBQ. A half bath is located conveniently on the main level.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV, and en-suite bathroom with soaking tub, glass shower stall and double sink vanity area. The second bedroom, although a bit tight, offers a king bed and en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom also upstairs has a queen bed and spacious closet. The fourth bedroom is located on the lower level of the home twin over full bunk and twin trundle. Adjacent to this bedroom is the third full bath and a second living room with a comfortable sleeper sofa and large wall mounted flat screen TV. The powder room is on the main level.

This is a great townhome for 2 families or several couples.

For your convenience, this unit also offers an attached one car garage and one driveway parking spot as well as washer and dryer in the unit.

We strongly encourage guests traveling to Grand County to keep up with the latest updates regarding fire restrictions in our area. We do not allow any open fire on property. Use of propane BBQ is allowed.

Nightly rate is based on occupancy up to 8 people. An Additional charge of $15 per person per night applies for more than 8 guests. (will be added when we confirm the reservation)

Winter Park Resort is just 4.4 miles away so you can enjoy it with family. The FREE resort shuttle will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 0.9 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 2.3 miles away at Fraser the town of Fraser.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

Wonderful property with responsive management and great location

My friends and I stayed here for our annual ski trip and would happily stay again. The property was clean, spacious, and well located near restaurants and close to the WP shuttle. Management was quick to respond to questions and service requests.

Great place to stay

Our party of 5 adults really enjoyed the rental. The Townhome is incredibly clean and is very roomy, comfortable and well appointed. The hot tub was great after each day of skiing. The location within walking distance of Winter Park's resrtaurants and bars, but is situated in a very quiet development. The property manager was incredibly responsive and helpful. Will stay there again!

Amazing ski vacation

The layout of this condo is perfect for adults couple! Master king, king room with hall bath, and queen with attached bath on top floor. Well stocked kitchen with 1/2 bath and living room on middle floor. And bedroom, bathroom and second sitting space on lower level. The condo was very clean! Communication with team was easy! We will rent this condo again!

Great location!

Enjoyed our stay in Winter Park immensely! Townhome is in a very convenient location to walk all over town. Home is beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. Under-floor radiant heat made it a bit of a challenge to warm in very cold outside temps, but the 2 fireplaces helped. We had a great time!

Great location in heart of WP, needs updating

The townhome was beautiful on the outside. The bathrooms and furniture need attention. The legs of the dining room table were all lose, so my husband tightened them. The sectional won’t stay together (don’t sit on the wedge, unless you want a ride). There was a marijuana cigarette in the dining room that housekeeping overlooked. The only baking dish was an 8X8. I’m not easy to please, and this is literally the only negative review I’ve left but I would probably still stay here again.

Great home base for WP skiing!!

We had an amazing time for my son's senior trip to WP! The house was just as advertised and there was plenty of room for our large group of 5 adults and 4 teenagers. Property management was very responsive and super accommodating. The location was perfectly situated between WP resort and Fraser. We would definitely stay here again!

Thanksgiving getaway

Our Thanksgiving vacation was wonderful, and this house was perfect for our group! We had three families staying together, and everyone absolutely loved it. The home is spacious enough that we never felt crowded, and the layout worked perfectly for all of us. The location was fantastic, and everything was clean and well-maintained. We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate the holiday!

Winter Park Getaway

Very nice, very clean, very comfortable. But a lot of stairs. Some of our friends were 70, plus or minus, and from sea level. The exercise was good for them. The access lock on the front door was a bit tricky. The door had to be held shut for it to work. After we figured that out, no problem. The property management folks were great to work with; very friendly, very responsive. All in all, we would stay there again without a doubt.

A vacation with everything

We had a wonderful stay at the townhouse. It was clean and well stocked. There was plenty of room for my family of 8. We loved the ability to cook meals in the well stocked kitchen and the included soap, shampoo, and toilet paper was a very nice surprise. The townhouse is in walking distance to plenty of fun and restaurants and a quick shuttle ride to lots more. There are LOTS of stairs! Not a good choice for toddlers or elderly.

Really enjoyed this house!

A few hiccups (hot tub & some non-working equipment), but overall a VERY nice stay. Really good set up (if you don't mind stairs)- noise stays on one level, while sleeping is on the other levels. We are from TX and are used to a/c...so we needed the windows open and the fans on at night. If we went in July, we might have been too warm. Plenty of toilet paper, and lots of stuff in the kitchen (e.g. paper towels, dish soap). We used Winter Park as our home base to go to RMNP, Steamboat Springs, Idaho Springs, etc. That Berthoud Pass can be tricky for those with motion sickness, but that speaks to the location, not the actual house. Convenient to all we had on our schedule. Would recommend!

Great for large groups with multiple couples.

We had a wonderful stay at the Red Quill property. We were two couples and two single individuals with no kids. Each of us were able to have a private room and there were ample bathrooms. We could have accommodated an additional couple with privacy as well. The hot tub was a great touch and throughly enjoyed!

Great house for large group and long stays

I've stayed in a lot of rentals and this is one of the few that felt like a home, not just a place designed for renters. The kitchen was well furnished, rooms all comfortable, and the hot tub was great. No complaints, easy check-in and straightforward check-out. Would have loved to stay longer than 3 nights, definitely somewhere I could spend a week or two especially with how close it is to coffee, restaurants, and groceries.

Property was clean and spacious and pretty much as advertised. Kitchen was stocked pretty well but not many plates cups etc for children. Other thing to mention is that the listing advertised that it slept 14 at a stated price per night. After booking I was informed that in the fine print it mentioned an extra charge per night for each guest over 10. I think this should be stated more prominently.

Great location

Great location, here for Blues from the Top and we were able to walk back and forth easily. Called property manager about shower drain clogged and they were very responsive. Drain fixed in a few hours. Only negative was unaware of all the stairs.

Great location & house

Very impressed with the house and happy with our vacation! The house was beautiful and well stocked. Lots of beds and towels! It is close to everything and we walked to most of our destinations. We had a lot of fun white water rafting!
