This corner unit, situated on the third floor, boasts a private entrance and is enhanced by numerous windows and a skylight, which allow abundant sunlight to illuminate the area while offering stunning views of the Fraser River, the pond, and Winter Park Ski Resort. Covering 1,068 square feet, the unit features an open floor plan with new wood flooring that flows seamlessly through the living, dining, and kitchen spaces.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with ample counter space that encourages family gatherings, complemented by modern appliances and cabinetry. The dining area showcases a charming rustic table with six chairs and three stools, perfect for relaxation, gaming, and enjoying meals together. In the main living room, comfortable furnishings enhance the atmosphere of the wood fireplace, while a flat-screen TV and a large skylight provide plenty of natural light and a view of the night sky. A private deck presents a picturesque view of the Fraser River, and by opening the windows, one can enjoy the calming sounds of the flowing river throughout the night, creating a serene retreat. Please be aware that there is no air conditioning.
The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed for your comfort, along with a remodeled en-suite bathroom. Furthermore, you can step out onto the private deck to relish the fresh mountain air while sipping your morning coffee or to appreciate the beauty of the evening sunset.
The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom contains two twin beds, making it suitable for children. The second full bathroom is accessible from the main hallway. Additionally, a convenient feature in the hallway is the stackable washer and dryer.
The regulations set forth by the Homeowner Association for this property are as follows:
Rental guests are prohibited from bringing pets, and any infringement of this rule will incur a fine of 200 each day of violation. Additionally, smoking is strictly forbidden in common areas, which includes front decks and areas within 10 feet of the building. However, smoking is permitted on the back decks, provided that the sliding glass door remains closed, consideration is shown towards neighbors and all smoking materials are properly extinguished.
The complimentary town shuttle stop is located just a short distance away; however, you may also choose to stroll to Main Street, situated two blocks from your location, to experience the various restaurants, shops and outdoor events and activities available in the downtown area.
The recreation center features a designated children's area that includes games, a flat screen TV and appropriate furnishings.
