đ« Zero Tolerance: Zero Tolerance Policy: We maintain a 100% smoke-free and drug-free property.
âą Prohibited: Smoking, vaping, and all illegal substances (indoors and outdoors).
âą Penalty: Any odor or evidence of these substances will lead to immediate eviction without a refund.
âą Cleaning Fee: A mandatory $200â$250 deep cleaning charge will be applied to cover professional sanitization and odor removal.
âš Cleanliness & Dining: We take pride in maintaining a clean environment and ask that you keep your room and all common areas tidy. To keep our linens fresh, eating in bed is strictly prohibited. Please use the desk and chair provided in your room, or the communal dining table on the main floor for all meals.
đœ Washroom Etiquette: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the shared washroom for the comfort of all house inmates.
đ Footwear: Shoes must be removed and left neatly in the shoe rack at the entrance.
đ€ Conduct: Be kind and respectful towards all other inmates (residents) of the house.

Guest ID Requirement
đž đȘȘ For the safety of our home and the other guests & to comply with local regulations and insurance requirements, we require all guests to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID prior to check-in on the message app thread. The name on the ID must match the name on the booking.
