Hidden Pines Equestrian is just 15 minutes into downtown Aiken and surrounding Equestrian Venues such as Bruce's Field, Highfields, and Hitchcock woods! This farmhouse is a brilliant retreat for those seeking comfort and charm. This property has PRIVACY, featuring a long driveway back to the house, surrounded by woods. Other features include a 3 stall horse barn, with a fully fenced 2.5 acre paddock, capable of housing up to 3 of your horses. Sip coffee in the mornings on the covered balcony that overlooks the barn and paddock. Fully functional kitchen, 4 person dining room table, grilling deck, fenced in backyard, and an oversized patio on the ground floor round out this property's features!

Price includes the use of ALL horse amenites...no extra fees per day per horse for stall or pasture usage.

Driveway is long, and it gets narrow down at the house....BE CAREFUL when pulling in horse trailer.

Currently, There is no spot to pull a trailer through ...you will need to know how to backup your trailer into the pasture, and will be able to turn around then.

For short term stays under a month...I need to see that your horse is up to date on their vaccines and Coggins shots. NO EXCEPTIONS.

You are responsible for cleaning the horse stalls if you use them, and cleaning up after your animals. Please move both the horse manure in pasture and in the stalls behind the barn and put in the pile...I will spread it at a later date. FAILURE TO CLEAN UP THE BARN AND HORSE WASTE WILL RESULT IN A $250 EXTRA FEE.

I do not provide shavings, or any horse equipment that you may need...outside of a basic rake, shovel, and wheelbarrow.

Water hose from the house reaches the barn. There is no power to the barn at this time.

IF YOUR HORSE CAUSES ANY DAMAGE TO THE FENCING OR BARN, PLEASE LET ME KNOW ASAP....

Keep in mind this is a basic self care farm with horse room and board included in the price, not a luxurious equestrian palace.
