I rent homes often, so when I communicate the positives and areas for improvement it is necessary. The home is large, close to shopping, and the parks. There was no communication/confirmation with owners prior so, we did not have access and I had to reach out to them. The house was clean accept the floors that left the bottoms of our feet black. When I drew a curtain, the curtain rod fell on top of me and was broken. The curtains were darkening and great for sleeping. The wooden sliding door between the bathroom and a bedroom once open became stuck immediately and was never addressed. The house needs a major update. The tiles in the bathrooms were off many of the sinks and not replaced and made the home feel unkept. Make sure you bring your own streaming devices (usernames and passwords).The house can fit 20 people, but 8 in regular beds. There were no tables in the family room, and the dining table only fits 6, but we found a way to squish 9. There are four couches with beds with one in the master bedroom. Two rooms share a jack and jill bathroom, and the beds were comfortable. The towels were smaller hotel towels which barely fit my extremely fit adult sized gymnasts, and not enough was provided which they did take care of with in 24 hours. If I wanted a hotel and not the feel of a home then I would have chosen this option,fyi. The master bathtub jets don't work. Their is plenty of space in the kitchen, but cabinets are old and rickety. The ceiling outside needs fixing.
