Central Winchester Apartment is a spacious two bedroom apartment located in the historic High Street in Winchester, Hampshire. The apartment is situated on the first floor and accessed via a door off the High Street. The apartment has recently been fully refurbished and furnished in a modern contemporary style. This property has recently benefited from noise reduction from new secondary glazing to the bedrooms offering a perfect solution to city living.

The space: The apartment offers 2 large double bedrooms bedroom one with a king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets including phone charging via bedside lamps. The other bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed together to make another double if required. This room also has a clothes storage and bedside cabinets including phone charging via bedside lamps. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking facilities, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, toaster, kettle etc everything you would have at home for your stay.
The open plan living area has seating and dining for 4 people as well as free view with catch up and Netflix premium enabled wall mounted TV for entertainment and streaming the latest films and music. There is also a double sofa bed. Full high speed wireless internet is also included. The best car park for overnight stays is Chesil Street Car Park, a short walk to the apartment
Guest access : There is a key safety box on site, codes are provided within the information pack issued to guests upon booking.
Other things to note: The best car park for overnight stays is Chesil Street Car Park, a short walk to the apartment. There are lots of local long stay car parks within a few minutes walk but parking is free after 6pm and before 8am Monday - Saturday and free all day Sunday. There is also a park and ride.
