Ample parking is available in the driveway. It can accommodate multiple vehicles.
Access to the house is through the front door when you come up onto the deck level with a keyless entry system (Schlage Encode). A unique access code will be provided before your arrival.

âą Hot tub maintenance (every Thursday or Friday) will be performed by Sunshine Pools inc. of Jay, Maine. Please abide by all posted rules and safety precautions regarding the use of the Hot Tub. It is essential to adhere to these guidelines for the safety and enjoyment of all occupants.
Please note that by using the Hot Tub, guests assume all personal risk and liability.

âą Town of Wilton (.5 miles, 10 min walk): Just a short walk to the center of town where you'll find restaurants, coffee shops, breweries and more!
HOUSE RULES
We kindly ask that you follow our house rules to help us maintain good relationships with our neighbors, which allows us to continue hosting future guests. Please keep noise levels to a minimum and respect their privacy. We have these rules in place to maintain the highest quality stay for our guests. Thank you for your understanding.
** Please note, we require the lead booker of all reservations to be at least 25 years of age. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation **
1. No shoes in the house. Please leave all shoes by the door.
2. Check-in time is 4pm. Check-out time is 10am.
3. This home is pet-friendly for up to two dogs, 20 lbs or less, with a $250 fee per stay. Larger dogs will be considered on a case-by-case basis, upon request. Sorry, no cats or exotic pets of any kind allowed for any period of time.
4. No smoking or use of fire permitted in the house or on any area of the deck or patio at any time. Guest acknowledges that no âsmokingâ includes cigarettes, the use of vape pens and marijuana and âuse of fireâ includes the lighting of candles, incense or sage. There will be a $1,000 charge if this rule is not followed.
5. No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays allowed.
6. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time. A violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund.
7. No extra / overnight guests
8. Quiet hours are from 10p - 7a. Please respect our neighbors. No playing music or excessively loud conversation outdoors after 10pm.
9. Please follow all posted hot tub rules for safety and enjoyment. Guests assume personal risk when using it.
10. We do not have direct lake access from the house. Please utilize the public lake access down the road.
11. When driving, please adhere to the posted speed limits in and around the town of Wilton.
12. Only single-ply toilet tissue and flushable wipes are to be used to ensure no disruption to our septic system
13. Please do not rearrange the furniture
14. Please do not unplug any of the electronics
15. For your security and protection the property is equipped with an exterior camera
16. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos.
17. If not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming guest you will be liable for the costs.
We have three pre-arrival requirements that must be completed before you will receive your check-in instructions. A secure link to enter this information will be provided upon confirmation of your booking:
1. ID Verification: Please provide an approved government issued ID.
2. Security Deposit: We will place a hold on your credit card used to make the reservation. This will be released after check-out.
