Located in Downtown Wilmington's Historic District, our home was built in 1889! Notoriously known as the "Cummings-Taylor House", it sits on a cobblestone paved-road and consists of three spacious, private/separate apartments. It has been completely (yet meticulously) renovated & decorated to preserve its rich history + aesthetic.
