This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome is situated in a quiet neighborhood cul-de-sac with friendly neighbors. Wrightsville Beach, downtown, and Wilmington International Airport are each a short 15-20 minute drive. Local restaurants and shopping is a quick 5-10 minute drive. The backyard offers a shared fire pit and picnic table. Enjoy an evening walk around the pond filled with turtles, or cast a line and catch a bass or two.

Rebecca and Marc were Great! I only had issues with a stove not working properly, and a can opener
I called and they responded to us quickly and are to take care of all issues. Very friendly people and respectful people. The condo was not sufficient for anyone handicapped or with leg or hip issues due to no bedrooms down stairs. Wonderful place to stay though for younger couples, they would absolutely Love it! All in all our experience was wonderful and the location was 10 min from the beach and a must see is the zoo in Wilmington! Was more than expected! All information and pictures are accurate to advertisement! You would not regret staying here! Walmart, restaurants all around you. It was just wonderful! Thanks again Rebecca & Marc. Hope to see you all again soon! My mother had never stuck her feet in the ocean so her First.

Great stay and wonderful host!

The property was great, very clean and spacious. It was very close to stores when picking up essentials. Host was very accomodating and available whenever I had questions. My only 2 gripes are if someone is staying in the end unit, they can easily make leaving your driveway difficult. There is also a lot of traffic in the neighborhood. Overall we would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful, but with some issues

The house is beautiful and very comfortable, into a nice neighborhood and close to many places. However somethings could be better, for example the outside garbage can was stinky, one of the bathroom curtains was with mold and smell bad, also they provided only 2 coffee cups, and 2 paper cups for 7 persons in almost 3 days of stay, and the paper toilet was limited to 1 for each bathroom.

Wilmington Stay

The location was within driving range of everything one might need or want. Well situated between the beaches of Wrightsville and downtown nightlife of Wilmington. As far as the house itself it was very impressive, exceptionally clean, and well suited for my family of five that stayed. The hosts were awesome. They made my birthday celebration very special. They provided a list of restaurants that were great. My favs were Bluewater Grill and Platypus and Gnome. Both recommendations of our hosts. I will definitely return again if this place is available.

Home Sweet Away from Home

The home was PERFECT!!! It was super clean. Made us feel at home. We stayed in the area for 15 days close to grocery stores, shopping and the beach. It had all amenities needed(washer and dryer), patio, grill and fire pit. We were not able to do the fire pit due to all the rain and wind. But maybe next time. Thank you so much to owners for s’mores setup! Definitely would recommend and hope to stay again in the future. My only note to the owners for the future was the ice maker and water in the fridge didn’t work. Thank you.

Absolutely perfect!

We stayed at this property while visiting our son at UNCW for a long Easter break and found it to be absolutely perfect. This property was by far the cleanest and nicest place we have stayed at during our many trips to Wilmington. It was spacious, updated, comfortable and had all the comforts of home. The view of the pond from the kitchen and back bedrooms was a special feature, along with the large flat screen tv’s, and beautiful kitchen that had plenty of amenities. The host was extremely receptive to my questions. I’d highly recommend!
