Magnolia House - Central Downtown

Welcome to our spacious and centrally located downtown home! This spotless new construction home offers a timeless appeal with its oak floors and 9ft ceilings. Every square inch was meticulously designed with aesthetics and comfort in mind. The bedrooms comfortably sleep six and offer a king, queen and two twin beds. Perfect family living! The 2.5 bathrooms provide a deep soaking tub and a large beautifully tiled shower in the master ensuite. You’ll love the coastal feel and cleanliness that this quality home provides! Enjoy cooking on a gas range in our bright and sunny chef’s kitchen stocked with everything you need for a family gathering! Fenced in yard with patio furniture, front porch with rockers and driveway with TWO free dedicated parking spaces and additional free street parking is available. Magnolia is a short 9 blocks to downtown’s historic Wilmington and the scenic Wilmington Riverwalk which spans nearly 2 miles stretching alongside the Cape Fear River lined with boutiques, markets and restaurants. Less than 10 miles to Wrightsville Beach! Your Wilmington vacation home is calling for you!

Guests will have full access to the entire house and yard space. There is a locked owners closet for our supplies, but everything else is yours to use.

This home was the perfect setting for our family's trip for our daughter's wedding. The house itself is beautiful and provided a wonderfully safe and comfortable space for us all to be together. We couldn't have asked for a better location—it was perfectly situated between the wedding venue and all the attractions of downtown Wilmington. The host was fantastic; very attentive and quick to respond. We would stay here again in a Heartbeat!

Everything was perfect!

This is an absolutely beautiful home with everything you need for a comfortable stay in Wilmington! It’s on a very quaint and quiet street with easy access to downtown and the River, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. I think our favorite part of the house was the wonderful front porch to hang out and chat!Jody is an excellent host and communicator. They provided all the necessary information at the appropriate times before and during our stay, and was very prompt in responding when I contacted her. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the Wilmington area!

Fantastic central spot in Wilmington

Awesome location, walkable to downtown/riverwalk and short drive to UNCW and the beach. House is completely renovated and spotless, well stocked so we didn’t need to bring anything except clothes and food. Quiet, pretty street, we loved sitting on the covered front porch with coffee or wine. We loved our stay and hope to return!

The property is decorated beautifully and the kitchen well stocked. The area is convenient and the street is quaint and quiet. For our group we didn't feel especially comfortable walking around at night though in the extended neighborhood. The property management company is really great at communicating and answering questions to make sure you have what you need. There were some things that we felt could be cleaner (the floors,wine glasses had lipstick on them, and a few things like that). The house was spacious for our group of 5 friends. One recommendation would be to add a lamp in the living room as the only option is the overhead light. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and were happy with the property!

Beautiful house in great location

Beautiful, spacious house with fabulous kitchen and primary bathroom. Location was perfect to explore historic downtown and riverfront. Well stocked with all kitchen ammenities , lots of high quality towels, tp, linens. Great smart tv in living room. Would only have been better with 2 things...need a smart tv in primary bedroom...would have brought a laptop if i knew there was only downstairs tv. Also please add thermostat instructions for guests. It was not intuitive at all...took 2 days and 2 adults to figure ut out.

Cozy home in a fabulous neighborhood

We had a fabulous long, weekend stay in Wilmington. The house in in a quiet, but beautiful part of town. We had easy walking access to downtown as well as easy driving access to area beaches. The house was very clean, comfortable, and cozy. We hope to stay here in future visits!

Beautiful home! We had a fabulous stay at the Magnolia house. The first thing I noticed when walking in was how clean the house looked and smelled! The decor is so nice and gives a warm homelike feel. We had plenty of room for our family of 5! We will definitely stay again!

Beautiful home

The home is absolutely gorgeous. Whomever was the decorator has the perfect gift of eye for design. The guests needs were clearly thought of. The availability of toiletries, the books for the little ones, the beach equipment/toys, even down to the simple sandwich bags were so accommodating and appreciated. This was our first time in Wilmington and already planning on our second trip, and will definitely be booking again. The only complaint, and I use the word VERY loosely, is the walls are thin, so you can hear everything in every room, and also the front door did not have a privacy shade, so it’s completely open glass for anyone to see through. It did make us a little uncomfortable. However, these things are not deal breakers, we look forward to staying again in the bear future.
