Located in a historic building across the street from the Cape Fear River in downtown Wilmington, this updated one-bedroom condo is perfect for your next escape! The unbeatable locale offers prime walkability to the best of downtown, including eateries, museums, and shops. Take a stroll to the Cape Fear Memorial Bridge and the Battleship North Carolina. Wrightsville Beach is less than 11 miles from home.

Your private balcony boasts amazing river views. Inside, the welcoming living area provides plush seating, a smart TV, and a desk. A full suite of stainless steel appliances and stone countertops gleam in the pristine kitchen. When it's time to eat, there is seating at the kitchen bar. Or, head out on the balcony and dine alfresco while enjoying the gorgeous view. The bedroom is fitted with a comfy queen-size bed and a Roku TV. Property was clean and maintained and as described. The parking garage is a bit further than anticipated. For anyone with a disability or with bad weather or small kids, this could be a problem for some.

Beautiful view and cute condo. Everything that’s listed stands true. The guest before us accidentally took the parking pass. And the host called me immediately to let me know that we could just save the parking receipt and they’d reimburse us. only negative was that the cleaning crew/person obviously didn’t/hasn’t been really cleaning. It smelled clean but there was dust and hair and spills. Not the hosts fault. Hopefully they’ll be a bit more attentive in the future. Cleanliness is a big part of comfort I

Waterfront condo

Very nice comfy couch and recliner in living room. Photos accurate . Easy access to unit no keys just combo lock. Location is terrific close to lots of restaurants shopping and overlooking Riverwalk. Downside cookware pan was crusty and black bed was very soft if you like that then it won’t be a problem. We wanted to stay another day was not available We would recommend this condo

Parking is a real problem, they love giving parking tickets and towing in downtown. The condo is not stocked well, only had one coffee cup and one wine glass. For two people ? really. I got a parking ticket for sitting in the unloading zone which was for 15 min. and I was there maybe 8 to 10 minutes. If you are into drinking there are lots of bars around downtown and drunks on the weekends. The balcony was nice to sit on to have coffee in the mornings. The sofa is worn out with zippers torn on the pillows and lower cushions. The parking pass did not work and called Vacasa twice with no resolve so we spent an additional 100 dollars for parking. The rental car I got from Alamo was great and the best part of the trip was going home.

Bed was not made, stuff left in dryer, lint on washer, floors filthy, don't go barefoot,no glasses, 1 wine glass 1 coffee cup, received a welcome bag with a dog bowl and poop bags but not pets are allowed. Broken sunglasses. Dollar store junk. Couch and mattress could definitely be replaced. Good location for downtown, but battleship obstructed by trees. Parking a block away. This was a surprise Birthday get-away, and was disappointing. If i were the owner, I would want to know and perhaps get a different property manager.

We enjoyed our first stay in Wilmington. The place was decorated nicely. It had everything we needed. Lots of good restaurants nearby. The mattress would be the only thing that I would change about the place.

Good location if you like being near shopping, eateries and nightlife. Bad location if you don’t like a lot of walking and noise from party goers and vehicles at night.

Stayed here to be close to fam after the semester ended. As a STEM student at UNC, finals were ROUGH! I just needed to decompress, rest, and have fun. I was able to acquire the entire trifecta! Close to all of the historical sites, nightlife, and restaurants. Quiet hours are respected. The place felt safe. Thanks VACASA!

Week In Wilmington

The property was as listed, spotlessly clean, We really appreciated the text from VACASA telling us we could check in early. The location was excellent, within easy walking distance to loads of good bars and restaurants. The parking garage worked well for us. We enjoyed watching the world go by from the balcony overlooking the greenway and river.

Nice property, but area is very loud. And although this was not a problem for me, having to walk about 3 blocks to get to your vehicle was tough for my husband who has both knee and back problems.

Nice & convenient stay

This was our second time staying in Wilmington. And we enjoyed staying in a condo versus in a hotel. This unit was very clean and convenient to everything we wanted to do and see. Even though there is no on-site parking, it was only a short walk to our car which was in a very secure location. We will stay here again.
