Experience downtown Wilmington from the top at the Luxe 220 Penthouse, a rare opportunity to book the entire penthouse level of a historic Front Street building. Designed for large groups who want to stay together in one cohesive space, this expansive property is ideal for family gatherings or group trips.
The penthouse spans the upper levels and brings together multiple living and sleeping areas into one private retreat. Throughout the space, exposed brick walls, hardwood floors, and tall ceilings showcase the character of the historic building while creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. There is ample room to gather, relax, and enjoy time together, whether you are preparing for a night out downtown or winding down after a full day of exploring.
LUXE 220 is made up of four private suites within one building, split between two floors. Each suite has its own private living space, while some suites connect through shared hallways or adjoining doors.
