Wonderful and chic 1 bedroom apartment 3 blocks from the Riverwalk. Best location in Wilmington, near everything. there are 2 total beds (1 queen in bedroom and pullout in living room) Freshly painted and thoughtful amenities to make you feel right at home. Keurig machine fully stocked to help you start your day. 50 inch smart TVs. Bedroom has built in USB ports in the lamps. Living room built in USB and outlets in the end tables. Nice outside patio as well to relax and chill. Free on site parking as well. This is the place to stay!

This unit is part of a gorgeous , historic triplex in the heart of downtown Wilmington. There is another 1 bedroom apartment in addition to this unit upstairs, as well as a terrific downstairs 2 bedroom apartment.

Great little apartment. Steve very quick to respond to request such as space heater. It was delivered by Hunter who was friendly and professional. Loved tv in bedroom and stocked coffee for coffee maker. My mom would have liked to have a regular chair to get dressed on in bedroom as bed is high but very comfortable. Stairs a little tricky but my 87 yr old mom made it up them. Great stay overall, hence the rating.

Great Location, very clean space.

Very clean, not even a dust bunny under the bed which was comfortable. Nice amenities. Charming claw foot tub. Must be able to go up stairs. Location is awesome. Quiet and very walkable to downtown. Property owner reached out well in advance to provide check-in and contact info. Seamless check-in. Highly recommend.

Lovely property. Responsive hosts. Nicely located. Given the presence of Gen X in Wilmingtons’s water supply, a couple of bottles of water in the fridge would have been nice upon my arrival before I had a chance to shop. My other stays in Wilmington have included that.

Great location for soccer tournament

My husband, teenage son and I stayed the weekend here for a soccer tourney, just 4 miles from the unit. We enjoyed having a kitchen to make breakfast each morning. I loved going for a morning run from the unit to the Riverwalk. Steven was very responsive

Perfect location!

This historic house is so cute! It's right off of the expressway so easy to get to. It is 2 blocks from the water and downtown area. There is the cutest coffee shop right around the corner. All of the houses in this neighborhood are breathtaking! The porch is so nice to sit on and take it all in! Host was amazing!

Charming clean, cozy and convenient apartment in a great location. Host was communicative, checking in and parking was a breeze, bed was super comfortable and the location was a 2 minute drive from the downtown event we were there to attend. Would definitely book again.

Everything we needed!

I lived in Wilmington for 12 years and I miss it so much. My husband and I take a trip whenever we can and this time we went down to celebrate our anniversary. This place was absolutely perfect! Right in the heart of historic downtown, we were able to walk around and enjoy the city. The little balcony was perfect for drinking coffee in the morning. The host was extremely attentive and responded immediately whenever we had a question. We would absolutely stay here again.
