Step into your cozy oasis, where a plush Queen bed awaits to cradle you into a restful night's sleep. The attached full bathroom ensures privacy and convenience, while the small fridge with freezer and microwave provide added flexibility for storing and preparing snacks throughout your stay.

Disclaimer: Please note that the elevator at the Waterway will be replaced and will be inoperable from March through May.

Pool open dawn til dusk, May 26 - Oct 15, weather permitting.

INCLUDED: WIFI and linens, including all bedding + bath towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Parking Instructions:
Free parking in the parking lot available for guests use. Parking is unassigned and first come, first serve.

Please notify our office if you’re planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A maximum of 2 pets are permitted. ONLY DOGS ARE ALLOWED. The pet fee is $25/night per pet and $200 per pet on stays 8 nights or longer, plus tax. A pet fee will be added after booking. No dogs are allowed without prior approval and payment of a non-refundable pet fee, per pet. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. Violation of our 2-pet maximum policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease, and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given.

**Please note: All service animals and emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking to allow the agent to collect records and documentation to support the request in accordance with all state and federal laws. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals. **

No pets are allowed on the beach strand from April 1 through September 30. Pets must be on a leash if on the beach strand from October 1 through March 31.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you’ve booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.

As we expected from the description, the room and bathroom were small, but both were very clean and provided a good 2-night stay for us. However, the lack of a comfortable chair and the tiny bathroom/shower are negatives if you're in the room very much, but we would stay here again. Also the little supply bags (welcome, kitchen, and bathroom) were also very helpful and appreciated. The communication from the hosts was very good as well!

I have stayed at this property in the past and was very pleased with it. However, this particular room was very small, with only one window. It was very difficult to get hot water, which is unacceptable. The property manager was not responsive to my needs.

The room was small (which we knew), however, it was clean (we walked around barefoot), private, had all of the necessities and we would stay there again. It served its purpose, a very comfortable place to lay your head. The mattress, was on point- which is hard to find when renting. It does have low ceilings, but at 6’0”, I was fine and stayed aware- didn’t even have to lower my head in the shower
 that was amazing.

Great location

Everything was good when we arrived, but the room smelt musty! Checked around and found a fully use damp rid was on the counter by the window. After removing it the smell was much better. Also site stated kitchen amenities, but only a frig and microwave, no sink or stove/cooking area. Need clarity on website for this unit. Also need more than one and a half rolls of toilet paper for a weekend trip! Thank you

Sneak a trip

Been going to Wrightsville for years and have always wanted to stay at The Waterway. Cool throwback vibe and so close to great places to eat. Many within walking distance and the beach is a good walk or even easier to bike there. Easy and laid back experience with the hosts. Loved it.

Studio Apartment perfect for two

quiet, private entrance - small studio apartment great for 2 people who planned to be on the move. Not great if you plan to spend an extended amount of time in the room. We brought breakfasts to reheat in the microwave and ate out for lunch and dinner. Loved the freezer was large enough for all our ice packs for the beach. Loved the external closet to store all of our sandy beach gear. Sometimes turning onto the main road was challenging, but you can go right out of the parking lot and avoid delays from the bridge!
