Welcome to tIDEMARK Landing, your coastal getaway! Escape to a beautifully appointed coastal retreat where relaxation and recreation come together. Situated beneath southern pines, the private fenced backyard invites you to unwind around the fire pit or soak beneath the stars in the hot tub. Inside, the fun continues in the private garage game room, featuring Pac-Man, foosball, wall-mounted basketball, and fitness equipment. Outdoors, a premium basketball goal and refreshing outdoor shower add even more ways to enjoy your stay.
LIVING ROOM
The main living space features a 50" Smart TV with Bose sound bar. 1GB (down & up) fiber internet allows you to easily stream your favorite shows, movies & music. The couches provide ample seating while providing extra sleeping space if needed. The "Porter Hospitality" device allows easy connection to WIFI while the GUEST WELCOME book provides a hard copy of important house information.
KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a quick breakfast, a casual lunch, or a family dinner. The coffee bar features a standard drip coffee maker, a single-serve K-cup coffee maker (designed to brew standard coffee, lattes, and cappuccinos) & a stainless steel French press. K-cups, tea & hot chocolate provided. There is also just enough counter space to serve as a small workstation.

-The Full-over-Full Bunk Room (sleeps 4) & has a dedicated space for children's toys & games. A "Pack & Play" is located in the closet (linens not provided).

- Outdoor shower creating an "at home" rainforest experience with 2 high pressure shower heads - one that is detachable. The shower enclosure provides privacy yet has a direct opening to look at the sky & towering southern pines.
- Rear Patio just past the shower is a convenient work out area.
