Trolley Square is our next door neighborhood with all the best bars and restaurants in the city. Enjoy the close proximity to Trolley Square's social offerings without the parking congestion.



Getting Around:

We are only blocks away from both North and South 95 on ramps, minutes from downtown Wilmington, 9 minutes from Nemours/AI DuPont Children's hospital, 4 minutes from St. Francis and Wilmington Hospitals. We have free street parking, Our street is a double wide street with plenty of spaces.



Other Things to Note:

We do not allow cats on our property. Dogs are allowed on a case-by-case basis, and with prior approval only. You must pay the $150 pet fee in order to have your reservation approved for your pet. There is a $500 undisclosed pet fee.



Interaction with Guests:

We are local, experienced professional superhosts with multiple properties. Our job is to take care of our guests and make sure they have the best experience possible. We are available for any immediate issues, but we tend to check in by message during your stay to make sure everything is going well.
