The Space:

The two-story apartment features 2 bedrooms on the second floor, one with 2 queen beds and the other with a queen and a twin bed, allowing the home to accommodate up to 7 guests! The deck has some seating and a bbq grill for your use. Take advantage of free parking on the premises, and a well-stocked kitchen equipped with all the essentials for everyday cooking. There is a half bathroom on the first floor and a full bathroom on the second floor between the two bedrooms. Enjoy free access to the washer and dryer!



Guest Access:

Entry is by door code. Guests have access to the entire home.

Access is limited to registered guests only—any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight.

We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent.

Guest Guide will be sent upon completion of the rental agreement.



The Neighborhood:

This home is located in a small neighborhood in the rural Williamstown area, just a couple miles off interstate 75, on the outskirts of downtown Williamstown.

The popular Ark Encounter attraction is only about 2.5 miles away! You are also close to Williamstown Lake, and only a 45-minute drive to downtown Cincinnati and the Creation Museum, and a 1 hour drive to Lexington, KY!



Getting Around:

Driving a rental or personal vehicle is your best option in this beautiful, rural area of Kentucky.

Nice townhouse near town

The house was clean & all the furniture & fixtures looked new. Like in the pictures. Checking in was easy & as a family of 6, we enjoyed our stay a lot. Location to Williamstown Main Street, restaurants, shops & the Ark was perfect. The downside to the neighborhood, it does not match the niceness of the home, it’s definitely a more run down street. That said, it was still a quiet street to stay on. We did have two kids come to our door, two separate times. The first time a little girl asked if we had any money she could have and the second a little boy asked we had any kids that could come outside to play. The neighbor kids also left a bike in the driveway one night that was in the way to pull into the back parking lot. That all was a bit odd, but didn’t ruin our stay or anything. Only downside to the home, was the beds are VERY firm. My teenager woke up with back pain(just like we did). They’re clean and nice, but wayyyyyy too firm. I also wished there was a ceiling fan in the main bedroom & feedback to the owner would be to add a washer & dryer option. They could charge a little more and there is the hook up for them. We would stay again if the beds were softer. Otherwise, the home itself was great. Thank you, NeatSuites!

Visiting the Ark

This unit was very nice, as described. Nice new furnishings as seen online.Upon arrival I realized the cleaning of our unit was not up to par. Floors were not mopped or vacuumed, hair all over the place and then discovered our sheets had not been changed. The kitchen window had a missing blind which looked right out to parking lot. Contacted host and he responded immediately, lined up cleaner who delivered clean sheets that evening, and recleaned the next day when we were out. Supposedly the third party cleaning company Neat Suites hired did not do their job well.I was very pleased with the resolution of our issues , but a clean property is very important to us and did not start off our stay in a good way. Hopefully, those in charge will be on top of quality cleaning for future guests.
