Beautiful views and close to everything

Well maintained, clean, had pretty much everything you needed. Remember to take things for the kitchen (baggies, foil, seasonings, containers for leftovers, laundry detergent). It was close to the Ark and about 40 minutes to the creation museum. A cute house that can fit atleast 10 people plus some! Overall it was a great place and we would definitely stay there again! Thanks for allowing our framily to stay and soak in Gods beautiful creation!

Nice rural getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The views from the yard and porches are great. Loved the table on the porch, we had breakfst outside as a family one morning. We we're very close to the ark, and groceries and restaurants we not very far off either. The host Tammy was very attentive and a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely stay with again.

Family fun

This was the perfect place for our family to stay after UK graduation. It perfectly accommodated the kids with their parents on the second level. We really appreciated all the kid friendly touches: from toys to cups and dining utensils.The view of the rolling hills was quite enjoyable.

Great Stay for our Family Trip

We rented this house because there were 13 of us and we slept here comfortably. There is a greatly appointed kitchen and the table was a great place for family game night and laughs. The couches were so comfortable as were the beds. My one negative would be there were bugs present in the closets but i could tell that they were taking care of them. The manager was super friendly and great at responding! We absolutely want to stay again.

Perfect Location and House

We loved staying at the house and how it was set up. It fully accommodated our large family group. Close to the Ark and an easy drive to other attractions. The host were easy to get in touch with and quickly acted when we needed to reach out about accidentally locking ourselves out. My only recommendation would be to update the photos of the 2 bunk beds in the basement (now twin over full beds - not futons) as well as stating that the 3rd full bedroom is also in the basement. This setup worked perfectly for my family, but could be challenging for others.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay! It is a simple but very cozy house. Everything was extremely clean, organized and air-conditioned. The place comfortably accommodated my entire family. The owner kept in active contact with me, responded quickly, and was very kind. The house is 15 minutes from Noah's Ark.

Summer Vacay

The house was perfectly located for our planned trip to The Ark. It was just the right size for the 4 of us, however, we could have easily fit/slept many more. The hosts were very welcoming and reached out to make sure everything was in order. The views were beautiful from either deck or porch and we loved the neighboring rooster wakeup call. Would recommend staying here.

Ark Encounter and Memories Made

This home home may not look like much from the outside looking in, but the property is perfect for a family on vacation. The home is clean and inviting for families to relax and spend time together. The bunk beds pictured in the listing have been upgraded and are very comfortable. There is plenty of space to spread out and games available to play. The kitchen has everything you need for simple meals and snacks. The only thing visitor need to be aware of is that the stairs to the basement are very steep. If someone you are traveling with is unable to navigate stairs, they would need to sleep upstairs or simply use the lower entrance. The view of the hills are beautiful and the neighbors seem friendly. The location is in the country, but still very close to everything you need. A 13 minute drive to the Ark and to Walmart in under 20. The staff were very friendly and very easy to communicate with. When we left, we forgot our 4 year old sons favorite snuggle blanket behind. I was able to text the manager and the blanket was found! We are anxiously waiting for it to arrive in the mail. They truly went above and beyond and we appreciate it so much! If we ever return to Kentucky, we will definitely book again!

Amazing place!

Wow! So peaceful. What an amazing view and place. Our kids enjoyed catching lightning bugs and we loved the hammock. We played games on the back deck. Thank you for giving our family an amazing memory.

Lovely

Lovely house. Clean, organized, decorated nicely. Lots of pots and pans and Tupperware. Lots of room in the fridge and freezer. We ordered groceries for the week for a group of 6 adults and 5 kids from Walmart and had plenty of space in the fridge. There’s a regular coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker. The bunk beds downstairs are so nice. There were board games and card games available. The views, sunrise/sunset, and outdoor space were great. High recommend staying here as a large family.

Great rural setting and beautiful views.

The kitchen was fully equipped with a lot of extras that we weren't expecting. The house was very spacious and comfortable for our group. The online photos are an accurate depiction of the house, except there's a new washer and dryer and a better bunk bed than shone. It was a beautiful drive to the Ark Encounter! We would stay there again.

It was just fine

The house was clean and had the basics. I would say the only negative was the location. It's not close to anything. If you want peace and quiet its here. The neighboring properties need to clean up their trash but the rental property can't control that.

Quiet, Plenty of Parking, Near The Ark

We enjoyed this property that is away from the main roads but very near The Ark Encounter. It has 8 beds plus a couch for sleeping. Kitchen is not large but it was adequate for what we needed. We spent most of our days out of the house. We plan to return to this property...in fact, we already booked for next April.
