Immaculate house! This property had everything you could ever need! We had an issue with a door lock and it was fixed within a couple hours! Check-in process was easy. We felt safe in the neighborhood. Close to Ark Encounter. Owners were very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

It is always nice to find a home that is just as wonderful as the pictures show! The townhouse was very clean and comfortable and was in a nice family neighborhood. We were in town for a conference at the Ark Encounter and it was nice to be just minutes away.

The pictures do not do this place justice. It was so cozy and clean. The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe to walk around. The town is cute and great food. The showers had great pressure and beds were very comfortable. Loved sitting on the deck at night as they have a string of lights around it that come on at night. The kitchen was fully stocked along with some extras. You will not be disappointed if you stay here!

My sisters and I were very pleased with this property. It was decorated very beautifully and it was very clean. The beds were comfortable. This property is just a mile from the Ark Encounter. We highly recommend this location.

Wonderful stay!

I can’t say enough about this place. Four women stayed for a conference at the ark. It was super clean, had everything we needed, and 4 minutes from the ark. We all had our own very comfortable beds. We have already rebooked for next year. Great place to stay!

Five minutes from the Ark Encounter

Clean unit with lots of space. No bedrooms on ground floor but that did not bother us. Plenty of kitchen dishes and supplies.

Great place close to Ark Encounter

Clean and comfortable condo within minutes of the Ark Encounter. My mom and our mutual friend are still talking about how comfortable the beds were! Me too! Perfect after a long day at the Ark. Also, the owners thought of and provided for every need we had. Many times, we each would think to ourselves, “I wish I had a 
” Then we’d open our eyes and find within easy reach that which we needed.” Their thoughtfulness was palpable. They also were prompt communicators. Highly recommend.

Family Ark Vacation

Had a great stay here with our kids and grandkids while visiting the Ark and Creation Museum. Great location just minutes from the Ark. The house was wonderful for our family with all the amenities of home. We would highly recommend a stay here!!

Very clean and comfortable!

Very well taken care of with much thought of guest comfort! Towels and linens were fluffy and soft. Tastefully decorated with a home-like feel and was complete with a small coffee/tea "bar". Only suggestion I would have would be the addition of a few more toys/games/puzzles for down time or rainy day activities. Would certainly recommend a stay here if visiting the area!

So close to the Ark Encounter!

Myself and the group of ladies that were with me attending a women's conference at the Ark; were so pleased with the comfortability of this unit and the thoughtful consideration given to the amenities and pleasant decor within. We had early mornings and long days, so we didn't get to thoroughly enjoy our stay on account of being busy. However the cozy couch was large enough for us to watch one movie with our group of 5. The unit was very easy to find and close to the highway as well. Highly recommend this property and appreciate the prompt communication from Ken as well. Thank you so very much.

Relaxing and inviting place to stay

4 adults and 3 children enjoyed coming home from nearby all day adventures to relax and dine. Great location near the ark and not a far drive from creation museum. We were even able to spend a day at Mammoth Cave. Nice home. Clean, convenient and relaxing.

Perfect Place

My siblings and our spouses took our mom to the Ark & Creation Museum and needed to find a place to stay that weekend! This place was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 2 six-month-old babies! The property was so clean and homey, had everything we needed (including a pack-in-play and bumbo seat), and our family sat around the table for hours just playing games and chatting. Overall, just a wonderful stay with amazing hosts!

The house/condo was super easy to get to. It was a GREAT location for the Ark Encounter and easy access to the interstate to head to the Creation Museum. Everything about the house was 5 Star! No complaints at all! Clean! Clean! Clean!

I feel the owner treats this unit as if he were staying there and what he would hope to see when he walked in the door. It's cozy, warm and inviting. Since I didn't see it in the description, I will mention there is a large TV in the living space. There are also TV's in each of the bedrooms except the room with the twin beds. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and the master is downstairs with a walk-out patio to the backyard. No bedrooms on the main floor but there is the almost u-shaped couch that easily sleeps two. We used it for our two mobility challenged ladies and they were quite comfortable on the couch.
