Not bad
The hotel itself is very night and most common areas were very well kept. The room was nice. Unfortunately housekeeping did not clean very well. When we checked in the glassware had something on it. Further all the trash cans just had a bag draped on the side and inside of the microwave was dirty. I didnât make a big deal of it. Cleaned it up because I usually come with wipes. Then the hotel policy is cleaning the room every other day and thatâs fine. When they cleaned, all they did was take out trash and replace towels. We stay at hotels very often and Iâve never seen them not tidy up the bed and vacuum. I have two little kids and no matter how much I clean theyâre messy so It would have been nice. Honestly I didnât even notice the room was touched until I went to shower and noticed the towels were replaced. I think a little more care in housekeeping would help rating quite a bit. As for breakfast in the morning the âhot itemsâ were not warm. My guess is that this is because they couldnât keep up with the crowd. Pool and gym area was well maintained and clean. But it should be noted. Overall a fine experience but some things could have been better.
