For different length of stay reach out. It doesn`t get better than this sweet, private retreat in the heart of Williamsburg!2 bd/2ba rancher w/private drive and pasture! Pack n play on site, dog friendly ONLY for well behaved,leashed dogs that are potty trained.We are a working farm so please keep that in mind when considering bringing a pet!If you want to horseback ride at the farm,it needs to be scheduled and confirmed well in advance.

2 bedroom, 2 bath rancher with private pasture and driveway. Full kitchen, living room, and dining area! Enjoy the lush pastures from each window of our guest home! Horses have full time use of our pastures so please observe from a distance :) If bringing a dog, you MUST have them leashed at all times. We are not liable for any injuries.

Guests have use of entire home but need to be accompanied by a host to enter the barn

We are on site! Waive at us, talk to us, or just stare at us :)) We are here for all of it!

We have plenty of parking for cars, trucks and boats on site!

We are a working family farm. Our farm consists of over a dozen horses, 8 dogs, 50 laying hens, a barn cat, Guinea hens, a parrot and more! Please be respectful of our farm and our barn. We are only available by a confirmed appointment as we are constantly on the move. Also, if you’re scared of the woods and the life that comes with it, this isn’t the place for you!! You may see a spider, you might get hugged by a dog or four, and our Guinea hens might make you laugh running across our pastures! We are a drama free, hard working family operation.
Dogs only! Each dog is assessed $40 pet fee. This goes to our cleaners, not us! Must be house broken! No smoking. No events. Do not enter barn without an owner. Do not pet or feed horses without permission from a staff member.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon, and it was a quiet, peaceful place where you can watch the horses and enjoy the outdoors. Very close to Bush Gardens and historic Williamsburg.Would come again.

What an amazing stay!

We cannot say enough good things about this property and the proprietors! Checkin was outrageously easy, the property was immaculate, and the views and location could not be beat! We are already planning our next trip to Williamsburg to visit all of the other sites we missed, and will definitely stay here again!

Perfect for Cycling in the Area

This was a perfect location for the 3-day Cycling Event in Williamsburg. We could cycle from the property to the Capital Trail and other nearby locations. We enjoyed our stay and hopefully can get back to the area soon!

Quiet clean and peaceful place to stay!

My wife and I stayed 4 days with our two Pomeranians. The listing was accurate, everything was great. You could tell the hosts took great care in ensuring a very clean abode to stay in. It was the cleanest place we have ever stayed in! Perfect and quiet it was nice to unwind there and comfortable to sleep in. 10/10 we will definitely be booking again! Short, quiet getaway

My wife and I just wanted to get away for a couple of days in a peaceful place…near Williamsburg. The home is simple and sweet. The property is beautiful…especially with the horses. We were able to quickly drive in and out of Williamsburg while having a quiet place to stay. 🙂

Clean and great location

We only stayed one night but the property was really clean. We are big on no weird smells or mold/mildew of basements etc and this property didn’t have any of that. It is dated in a lot of the fixtures and towels but great location (near Williamsburg but still peaceful/remote) and clean.

The cottage was clean, comfortable and very quiet. The host was welcoming and quick to offer to provide anything we needed, although we did not need anything more. We enjoyed watching the horses in the fields, as did our dog! We were there to visit Colonial Williamsburg, which was an easy drive from the farm. We would definitely consider staying at the farm again on a future trip to Williamsburg.

peaceful and quiet

The property was beautiful. It is a sanctuary for horses. My only disappointment was that they listed the dwellings as a cottage and it is a mobile home. Still very nice 2 bedroom 2 bath home. It is only a few short miles from all activities. We loved Yorktown best since the stores are right on the water front and you can swim in a safe place. All in all it was very relaxing and enjoyable.

good communication, nice area. housing is called a cottage, but is an older remodeled house trailer. needed more supplies for people staying longer, like we did....ex. dishes, silverware. i had to handwash after every meal bc we would have run out, but not a big deal as we were only 2 people. many horses around. would recommend.
