Magnifique condo au deuxième étage à The Shores au Grand Traverse Resort. Joliment mis à jour, ce 2 chambres 2 salles de bain 6 couchages avec 2 lits queen et un canapé-lit dans le salon. Ouvert toute l'année. Prendra en compte les séjours mensuels, hebdomadaires ou courts en toute saison. Été 3 nuits minimum. Les courts séjours sont autorisés pendant les périodes estivales principales. Toutefois, aucun dépôt ne sera facturé pour les réservations de moins de 7 nuits réservées en ligne jusqu'à ce que Visit Up North confirme votre réservation le jour ouvrable suivant. La date d'arrivée et / ou de d��part doit revenir aux réservations existantes et / ou commencer / terminer un samedi ou un dimanche. La télé est dans toutes les chambres aussi! La kitchenette a été mise à jour pour fournir une table de cuisson, un lave-vaisselle, un four micro-ondes et un réfrigérateur.
La vue est fantastique depuis le pont du deuxième niveau. Détendez-vous et profitez du coucher de soleil et de la vue sur la baie East Grand Traverse. La promenade de la plage est à quelques minutes de votre condo. Prenez votre serviette de plage et amusez-vous en été. Navette gratuite pour le casino. Location de jet ski et ponton également disponible sur le site. Foyer et volleyball sur la plage.

Check in/out was easy. Condo was as described in the listing, nothing fancy here, but very functional. The proximity to water was great! Would definitely consider staying here again.

Excellent place to stay!

Located just north of Traverse City, much less traffic and quieter than TC. The rental has a nice beach with both sandy and deck areas with lots of outdoor lounge chairs. The condo was clean and comfortable. The only down-side is the small kitchen, but who needs it when you are on vaction! Would stay again!

The condo was very clean and we were able to get in with no problems. My main suggestion is the mattresses need to be replaced, especially the pullout and master bedroom ones. The beach club and pool were closed for the season, but looked really nice. I would also suggest getting plug in hair dryers as opposed to the wall ones. With a little investment, this place could be a 5 star place.

Have stayed at this property before. 2 bedroom AND 2 bathroom makes a big difference; no one has to share! Love the deck view and weather was mostly good. Don't know if you were aware that both the pool AND hot tub appeared to be either shut down for the season OR was never opened back up since COVID. If you had knowledge of this, it would have been appreciated that you informed us. Seems only fair regarding the price that was paid for only 4 nights. Thanks for the stay!

The condo was furnished as listed, nice view towards the lake. When we came in, the coffee pot had not been emptied and we chose not to use the pullout couch. When we removed the pillows, the pullout had a small plastic doll laying there and sand on it. We were concerned that it had not been cleaned properly. Finally the cheap plastic clips holding the drapes in the master bedroom Kept popping off. Hopefully we won’t be charged damages for this but I couldn’t replace them as they’re too small to hold the weight of the drapes.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I can't give this property a glowing review. It was reasonably comfortable and almost adequate. On arrival, you will navigate a damaged parking lot that is in need of repair. The draperies are worn and the living room is hodge podged but enough. We found cutlery to be sparse but dish and glassware was abundant. The beds and linens were comfortable. Flooring was dated but clean. There were no guides for the cable. It was disconcerning that the plumbing is questionable to the point of warning guests if maintanence is required it could be at the guest expense. Good plumbing is key to guest comfort.

Fourth of July vacation

Notified property manager of deficiencies - none emergent and declined service during our stay - primarily it stated 8 servings of silverware and dishes and there wasn’t a full complement for 1 person… no spoons whatsoever and only 1 large knife - also one of the shower heads leaked from check in to check out profusely - multiple lights were burned out, batteries to remotes were dead to televisions and did not know there was no oven. Advertised as sunset view from second floor balcony which was not accurate as there are overgrown trees which block the sunset view totally. 1 patio door lock did not work properly and when drapes were closed you could easily see moths had burrowed into them in multiple places, the lint guard in the dryer was jammed full with lint and clearly present in the cavity behind the collector guard. Another unknown issue is other people are bussed in groves to use the very small beach available. Now for the positives - great location, security guard was very nice, washer and dryer was a blessing as was dishwasher, beds were very comfortable and we slept very well with minimal interruptions during the night. Neighbors were not seen or heard. Would absolutely stay here again with updates shown above and is great for families and having 3 tvs which were flatscreens were great.
