This single-level home with no stairs! Sits on the right on the corner in the downtown area. Walk to shops, the Grand Canyon Railway station, or the visitor center. Linens, towels, pillows, and cookware for adults and children are all in place and available. Central heat, Air conditioner, and thermostat that you control are sitting right on the wall, not pre-set. We just ask you to leave the heat on when you depart the home. In addition, ceiling fans are provided in every room of the house for those who need constant airflow. There is a full kitchen with a dishwasher and plenty of counter space in an open floor plan. The home has landscaping and a small fenced area on a corner lot. You have access to hiking areas like Sycamore Falls and lakes like White Horse Lake, Dog Town Lake, and a 6-mile drive to Kaibab Lake. The nights are beautiful with fresh air, stargazing, shopping, and restaurants all only a few blocks away. We are pet-friendly at an additional charge due to the extra cleaning that takes place. We have an instruction book inside that lays out all the areas, hiking trails, fishing, and lakes. We are less than 2 miles from Bearizona, and the Deer Farm is just 7 miles away. Enjoy the town of Williams with downtown shootouts, a Historical Brewery, and more. See the South Rim of the Grand Canyon! You may also want to enjoy a drive to Sedona to view the Red Rocks and Oak Creek!
The shopping is amazing and includes, but is not limited to, Native American jewelry, art galleries, clothing, and souvenirs. The local grocery store in Williams is a Safeway.
