This lovingly restored, classic Geneva Lake cottage is close to it all! Located in the heart of Williams Bay, just a half mile from the lakefront and local restaurant favorites. The location is ideal for walking to the beach, shops, restaurants, parks, and the walking trail around the lake. Only a 6 minute drive to downtown Lake Geneva’s shopping, dining, and entertainment. Williams Bay is the premier destination in the Geneva Lake area thanks to a less crowded feel and close proximity to town.

This charming lake cottage is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and also be able to enjoy the activities just minutes away in downtown Williams Bay, downtown Lake Geneva, Fontana, Como and Delavan. Situated in a quiet neighborhood less than a half mile from the lake, it makes for enjoyable walks to the beach, lake trail, and local restaurants. The unit features 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. 1 king size, 2 queen size, and 1 twin bed and 1 pull out trundle day bed (can be converted to 2 twin beds or a full bed). There is a fully stocked kitchen, kitchen table, washer and dryer, and a comfortable family room with a Smart TV, WiFi, and games. The unit has all new furnishings. The large deck features a propane grill, patio table, and lounge area under the pergola; perfect enjoying your morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail while listening to the sounds of nature. The large backyard is perfect for games and features an in-ground, beautifully designed fire pit where you can enjoy S`mores and stargazing.

Quiet hours are observed after 10pm. We are in a residential neighborhood, so please make sure to respect our neighbors. No unauthorized parties are allowed.

☆☆BEDROOMS (4 Total)☆☆

UPSTAIRS- There are two upstairs bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed. The secondary bedroom features one twin bed and one twin trundle day bed. The trundle bed can either be used as a third twin bed or popped up along the twin daybed to create a full-sized bed. The whole house has central air, but on especially hot days the secondary bedroom can still be warm, so we placed a very quiet window unit to help cool the room down. The upstairs also one full bath.

DOWNSTAIRS-There are two downstairs bedrooms. Both bedrooms have queen-sized beds. The downstairs also has one full bathroom.

☆☆KITCHEN☆☆

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you’ll need to cook up tasty meals, including stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, teapot with assortment of teas, and a Keurig coffee maker with starter K-Cup pods provided. There is also an outdoor dining set and drinkware for alfresco dining.

☆☆ LIVING ROOM ☆☆

Just across from the kitchen is a cozy living room with a plush new sectional couch, a flat-screen Smart TV equipped with Hulu, Netflix, and Disney+ for your own logins. If you’re looking for some family fun or group activity, check out our board game collection.

☆☆ THE DECK and BACKYARD ☆☆

Head out to deck through the sliding glass door, slip into the outdoor lounge chairs and enjoy. Morning coffee in the cool breezes or an evening cocktail after a day of exploring is a treat. Cookout on the new propane grill and dine alfresco on the outdoor patio dining set. The large backyard is perfect for outdoor games with the cornhole and bocce sets provided. Making s’mores and stargazing around the new in-ground fire-pit in the back yard will be sure to create memories.

We do have a ring camera set up at the front of the house only to monitor the entrance and parking area. No indoor spaces or outdoor common area spaces are monitored.

CLEANING: The entire house is professionally cleaned after each guest stay. Our cleaners wash everything, including all bed comforters, between each guest. No worrying about who used anything last here!

PARKING: On-site parking available for 5 vehicles. There is no street parking available. We have a gravel space 30ft deep by almost 10ft wide to accommodate most standard boat trailers.

THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY- Smoking in the property will subject to an additional $350 cleaning fee and guests will be expected to pay for any damage caused to furnishings or furniture.

PLEASE NOTE-The primary guest must be over the age of 25.
