There are no shared indoor spaces with other guests and no on-site interruptions during your stay.

***Electricity is not included in the nightly rate and is charged separately at €0.50 per kWh, based on meter readings taken at check-in and check-out. Electricity usage is settled via the refundable security deposit, with any remaining balance refunded after check-out. As a guideline, average A/C use is approximately 10 kWh per bedroom per night (set to 25°C for 8 hours). To help keep usage and costs lower, we recommend using A/C primarily at night with doors and windows closed, and enjoying the island breeze during the day.
