SunnyBoy Beach House, a few steps to everything at the shore!

We invite and welcome you to enjoy Wildwood, New Jersey. This beautiful, sun lit beach house perfect for large families is located two and a half blocks from the boardwalk attractions and beach (beach entrance is at the bocce courts next to the famous Wildwoods beach ball sign and nearby Convention Center) and two blocks from Wildwood Crest. The house is also a 10 minute drive south to historic Cape May where you will find vineyards, Beach Plum Farm, incredible restaurants and shops.

All the amenities for a memorable vacation are provided: Meticulously clean, private entrance, featuring two outside decks for morning coffee and reading, full kitchen, dishwasher, central A/C, gas heat, large washer and dryer (laundry detergent & fabric softener provided), WIFI, and four smart TVs. As an added bonus, two parking spots are included in an indoor garage next to the entrance! You can also explore the nearby boardwalk, local restaurants and shops with three bikes included. The famous Duffers miniature golf and homemade ice cream shop is a two minute walk away. Mud Hen Brewery, Poppi's, Dog Tooth Bar & Grill and Kona Surf Shop are also a short walk away.

The living area is an open concept with the kitchen and dining area on the second floor as well as a half bathroom. The third floor contains the three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, one of which is the en suite off the primary bedroom and a laundry area. Sleeping arrangements include a Queen bed in the primary bedroom, a full bed and a trundle bed in the second bedroom and two twin beds in the third bedroom, sleeps seven. An eighth guest can be accommodated with a provided air mattress in the living area.

We were in Wildwood for the September 2025 fall car show on the boardwalk and stayed 3 nights. Loved SunnyBoy Beach House - clean, easy access, easy contact with the owner, nicely decorated, extras included - sheets/towels, body wash, shampoo, kitchen towels, etc. And we especially appreciated being able to have our street rod parked in the garage. There were also 3 bikes included. Very nice!

The property was just lovely. We appreciated staying in a home rather than a hotel during my daughter's dance competition. The only issue we had was the cars parked in the road were semi blocking the entrance to the garage. We did not take any photos.

Perfect abode for weekend getaway

This is a great house for hosting a large group. Right away there's a garage to keep the car cool and save on some extra parking. Afterwards we have the luxury of walking up and seeing the open floor plan for the living room and kitchen. The bedrooms are super nice, with clean sheets and floors. Balconies were a welcome addition. Outdoor showers are a necessity and entertainment inside and outside the house was abundant. Prime location with great overall features and living quarters. Outstanding work!

Great place!

Went with friends for a few days to reflect and relax. We were pleasantly surprised at how much nicer the property was than anticipated. Clean, nicely decorated and close to beach, boardwalk and restaurants. We had slight issue on check in which owners resolved within minutes. Thanks for a wonderful stay! Definately will go again.

Another great stay!

This place does not disappoint. Location wise, it can’t be beat. Walk to restaurants, convention center, and the beach! The entire unit is clean and well maintained and is spread out over the second and third floors all over the enclosed garage area. The second floor houses a large living/family/kitchen & dining with a half bath. There is also a patio facing the back of the property. On the third floor there are three bedrooms (one with master bath), and two others that share another full bath. There is a another patio on this level too plus a Washer/Dryer. The unit is spotless, well stocked, and very comfortable. It’s easy to tell that the owners take care of and love the place and we would not hesitate to stay again! Thanks for allowing us to stay again!

Felt like home

Me and friend really enjoyed our stay here. The place feels like home. And is so much better then staying at a cramped hotel. It was nice having our own rooms. It was really quiet here which is nice for a busy town like wildwood. Just two blocks from rio grande it was still so close to the action. we stayed for an event and brought our mopeds. The garage allowed us to store them safely and our two vehicles! Absolutely no complaints and would return again. Thanks for the stay.

Perfect location

This property is nicely appointed, clean and super comfortable. It’s located a short walk to the ocean. The use of the bikes was an unexpected bonus-we rode for miles every morning. We will definitely be returning next year at the same time.
