The villa is conveniently located near the Hawkins Neighborhood Recreation Area and just a short golf-cart ride from Sawgrass Grove, where you can enjoy restaurants, shops, grocery essentials, and free live entertainment. Nearby Ezell Recreation offers a sports pool, tennis, bocce, shuffleboard, outdoor exercise areas, and the neighboring Clifton Cove Putting Course.

A golf cart is included, making it easy to explore everything The Villages has to offer. Electric-vehicle charging is also allowed. With its comfortable furnishings, open layout, and convenient Village of Hawkins location, this courtyard villa is a wonderful home base for your next stay in The Villages.

House Guidelines for a Comfortable Stay
To ensure a relaxing and enjoyable experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following:
• This is a smoke-free and vape-free home to maintain a fresh, clean environment
• The property is designed for peaceful enjoyment — parties and events are not permitted
• This home allows for 1 dog up to 35lbs with a $150 Pet Fee required.
• Guests are expected to follow all local laws and community standards
• Parking is reserved for standard personal vehicles only (no boats, RVs, trailers, or commercial vehicles)
• The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years of age
Mail & Deliveries
For privacy and security, mailbox access is not provided. If you require mail service during your stay, convenient PO Box rental options are available nearby.
Village ID's are not required for renters to occupy a home, however, if you would like to enjoy any of the amenities that all renters and owners are entitled to, you will need to have a Villages Identification Card. Your Villages ID will cost $50 (which will entitle you to 2 ID's). We will process your ID's with The Villages so they will be ready upon your arrival, You will know that we have processed your ID's only when you have received an acknowledgement from this office

Please Note: For your convenience and enjoyment, a golf cart is included as a complimentary courtesy from the owner. While every effort is made to keep it in good working order, should the cart become unavailable during your stay, a replacement will not be provided. In that case, you’ll have the option to rent a cart locally so you can continue exploring and enjoying all The Villages has to offer.
