Great vacation spot

Pictures online well represented the condo, amenities & surrounding area. Located in a secure, gated property in a family friendly neighborhood. Close to one of the nicest beaches we have enjoyed. Check in was smooth & easy. The condo was supplied with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Christina was very helpful, informative & cordial from the booking throughout our entire stay.Thank you Christina for an enjoyable vacation & hope to visit again.

We had a great week!

We enjoyed our week! Place was very spacious in a great location with proximity to great spots on the Jersey shore from cape may up to stone harbor. Building was quiet and the staff was friendly! The condo was very clean and well kept. Hot water went out once or twice. But other than that minor issue..it was a great stay! Easy to unload as well there to get luggage up to 3rd floor. Boardwalk in WW is walkable! All good!

A well-appointed condo in a great location

We enjoyed our stay at Christina’s condo, which was conveniently located across from Sunrise Park and a short walk to the beach. The condo was thoughtfully and tastefully decorated, and loaded with amenities like plush towels, great beach accessories, quality kitchenware, etc.The neighborhood was quiet, and we enjoyed renting bikes in the morning, frequenting the park, and my granddaughter attended Surf Camp several days, which we discovered when we saw the surfers preparing for it one morning by the park. She loved it. My husband was a big fan of the heated pool where my granddaughter made friends, too. It was a great stay, and I highly recommend it for a great beach getaway.

Excellent Condo/Perfect Location

Clean and comfortable condo. Lots of space and convenient to beach, bike rental and awesome restaurants. Pool and hot tub were wonderful - building is spotless and secure. Perfect place to enjoy the beach and surrounding areas and also enjoy quiet relaxing evenings.

Perfect place for a shore week!

My family and I had an amazing week at Christina’s condo in Wildwood Crest! Everything was great from accessing the condo, to the location, to the amenities in the building, and the fact that the condo was stocked with everything we needed. Paper goods, linens, ice packs, hand soap etc were all there. The location is great with an easy walk to the beach, huge playground, and splash pad. We loved being in WW Crest for the quiet family oriented neighborhood and having easy access to the boardwalk with just a short drive. Christina is a gem of a host and made everything super easy! We hope to come back soon!

Wildwood Crest Gem

We’ve been staying at different properties along the Jersey Shore for the past 5 years and this is our favorite yet! The listing is true to description and more spacious than anticipated. The very short walk to the beach is what sets this condo apart. Could not have been easier with two kids (10 yo and 6 yo). We enjoyed the pool daily and had no issue getting a table. We found everyone to be friendly and welcoming. The game room was a perfect bonus for rainy days and for our older son when the little one went to bed. Christina is a great host!

Perfect!!

This condo was perfect for us! Decorated beautifully! Just pack your clothes and bathing suits everything else is supplied for you! Towels, sheets, paper products, well stocked kitchen to cook a delicious meal. Storage closet is full of beach chairs and umbrellas! Christina was the best hostess I ever worked with! Always available if you need anything. I highly recommend 301 for your next vacation!

Condo was amazing! Great place to stay for ages 18+

We stayed for a week and the condo itself was perfect! How it is described is accurate. The unit is fully stocked with everything and anything you could need! Just bring yourself, food, and sunscreen. The location is perfect, close to the beach and bike rental. Communication with Christina prior, during, and after our stay was great! She couldn't have been a better host. With all of those great things, the only down fall we experienced was the friendliness of the other people at the condo. The majority of the population who reside at the complex are older and were not friendly or appreciative of children, especially at the pool. At the pool the residents appear to have claimed their respective tables that you dare not take. And particular residents take the pool "rules" very serious and will tattle on you to management if they feel you are in violation. Even though they were not friendly to us at the pool, we still enjoyed our 7 days and took advantage of the beautiful weather and pool! Staff at the complex were friendly and helpful. The parking space is very tight. We have a Traverse and had a hard time parking. You cannot back in, you must pull in which is difficult if the spaces behind you are full. Our 2nd vehicle we parked for free a short distance away. Final take from our trip....If you have adult children this is a great place to stay. Thank you Christina for allowing us to stay at your beautiful condo!

Great place

This is our second time staying at this condo. The condo has everything you need. It’s clean, and the beds are comfortable. It’s across from the beach with a playground nearby, and a bicycle rental place. Christina, is an amazing host. I rather stay here than at a hotel. I’m sure we’ll come again.

Wonderful Accommodations

Our family has been coming to the Wildwoods for over thirty years. Christina's condo is one of the nicest places we have rented. The location is close to the beach, bike rentals and the park and the amenities are a plus. We loved being out by the pool. The unit is very spacious and clean. Checking in and out was simple. Christina was so helpful with everything. She is the perfect host!

Beach Trip

This is a good place to stay if you have children, as there is a nice park right across the street, as well as a nearby bike rental facility. The condo has a great pool and game room as well as fitness room. There were adequate beach chairs and umbrellas as well as a cart to carry it all.I would definitely recommend this condo as a beach rental.

Beautiful Wildwood Crest Condo

This condo was perfect for our family. It was extremely clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything you would need. It was in a great location, close to the park and beach. The pool and facility were also meticulously maintained.

Great place to stay

Christina is a wonderful host, very attentive, reached out to make sure everything was ok and to see if we needed anything. The condo is in a great location, it's nice and has everything you need for a wonderful stay. There's a children's playground right near by, the property has a heated pool, hot tub and kids pool and plenty of tables and chairs in the pool area. We would definitely stay again.

Great location

Condo is across the street from children's playground and splash park. The condo has a nice, heated pool, hot tub and kids pool which we really enjoyed. Plenty of tables and chairs surrounding pool. The condo was very nice. With little children we felt there were to many decorations sitting around, and the kitchen is lacking in utensils if you plan to cook and serve a meal. The condo only has parking for 1 vehicle, so that was an issue. Overall we loved our stay and the owner responded right away.
